This place to deliver a load is not bad. My appointment was 3:00am pulled up to the guard shack at 2:40 assigned me dock door right away lumpers started unloading in 20 minutes after backup and gave green light. But after that I had to wait for their call for total fee for about 2hrs. Over all I left this place in little under 3hrs. People work there seems to be straight forward with drivers. Only thing is parking on the street is little worry.

Security has always been very friendly, and the shipping staff have always been quick to tell me which trailer to grab and then get it sealed and on my way. Slide your tandems before getting to the guard shack, open doors when you drop empty, and just plain have a nice day and there's no reason you should have a problem here. I have picked up load here 2x now and both have been great experiences.

A "truckers". Outstanding facility. Who ever designed this place knew what he/she were doing. Great operation and staff!!! Hope some of you other professional drivers get an opportunity to to haul in or out! Safe travels.

Got me loaded in a timely fashion. There was a truck already at the dock I was given. I called and they immediately took care of the situation by assigning me another dock.

This is a horrible place to pickup from. Arrived @ the appt time and was not given a door untill after 4hrs almost making me late for the delivery appt. Clearly someone doesn't know what the hell they doing.

Very confusing place even when you explain you haven't been there before they aren't much help. Plenty of room to bank into holes though.
