Arrived at 23:00. Appointment at 07:00 the next day. Overnight parking allowed Monday through Thursday. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Truck parking right in front of the building on the same side of the street with showers, laundry and drivers lounge if you don't want your trailer broken into at the truck stops. Shipping and receiving is between doors 30 & 31. Sign in to check in. The young lady will give you a copy of the bills and a door. Pull in front of the door. DO NOT 🚫 BREAK THE SEAL Someone will come out and break the seal. Open the doors, back in. Green light, red light, green light. PARK IN FRONT OF THE SHIPPING OFFICE. Return the paper that the young lady gave you and she will give you the signed bills. Important. When you arrive PARK IN THE PARKING AREA IN FRONT OF THE SHIPPING OFFICE. DO NOT STOP IN FRONT OF THE SHIPPING OFFICE. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO GO BACK OUT AND PARK ACCORDINGLY. I gave only four stars because I don't understand hate and disapprove of people having the nasty habit of smoking outside an entrance. A lot of us don't want second hand smoking or having to smell the awful smell of tobacco especially early in the morning. At least one of the employees was smoking in the designated area. I hope this review helps drivers and I hope that the correct manager will address the smoking situation so that on my next delivery I can give 5 Stars. GOD BLESS.

Friendly people, Loaded 4 hours early but waiting for almost an hour now to get paperwork. Get better at getting paperwork out and get a better review
Picked up here again, got here 4 hours before my appointment time. Took 20 minutes to get checked in got a door backed in and loaded fairly quickly. But again had to wait over a hour for someone to bring paperwork out to me. That part is ridiculous. They wait til they have a bunch of trucks loaded and bring them all out at once. That's great for the last one that gotten loaded. But if you're one of the first you're screwed.

3 hrs and a half to get loaded
Once you get green light park in front of docks check out that’ll be another 30 minutes depending on how many drivers Are waiting for seal and paper work

I have came here several times, sometimes you are in an and out within 3 hours, sometimes much more. Today I got here early and my appointment was at 3:00 pm. They wouldn’t even let me check in until 3. By the time I got loaded it was 8:30pm, then it took them a couple of hours to get my paperwork. I had to spend the night there. Several drivers had to waste their day here. Don’t come here I don’t care what the load is paying.

Go here often. Easy to find. Upon arrival, parking spaces provided in front of the shipping office and go and sign in. Make sure you have your license with you. Also your trailer number, broker name, and your EXACT city/state destination. They'll often allow you to check in and get a door an hour early. But if they're slow, HOURS early. Be POLITE to the office staff. IT GOES A LONG WAY!!! When loaded, return to parking area and turn your flashers on and return the paper to the office. Sometimes it takes quite a while for them to bring out your bills. It's the only reason I don't give them 5 stars. Overnight parking available Mon.-Thurs. Finally, make sure your trailer is clean and you have a strap or load bar in trailer when you get on the dock to avoid delays.

Attention Truckers: This place is a very sizable lot with enough parking across the warehouse. To check in if picking up, go towards the center part of the facility and look for a white sign that says "Biagi Shipping/Receiving". Sign in at the sign in sheet and than check in with the shipper. Make sure you have your license with you. The staff here can speak both english and spanish which could be of help to spanish speaking truckers. Rest rooms and snack machines are on site.

The shipper will than assign you a door. There's gonna be plenty of room to do your backing. Loading took almost 4 hrs total, that including a 1 hr delay. When i got the green light they wanted me to move my truck out of the door and into the empty parking lot across from shipping. I walked into shipping and told them I was loaded. They than told me to wait by my truck. Another worker with my BOL'S came to my truck and confirmed my delivery location and gave me my BOL'S and sealed my trailer.

Overall customer service was good here but loading process takes too long.

First time loading I have an appointment next day, but I come today I asked to check in girl is so good. She talk to very very nicely and she ask her boss about my load and boss say go to door number 24
and I am done over there two hours everything thank you checking girls. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

TRUCKER REVIEW: Easy to get to, although my trucker GPS tried to send me down a dirt road off an adjacent street. Lots of warehouse construction in area. Directly across from Kitoen Natie facility. Large, modern warehouse with plenty of room. All they do here is ship Modelo beer. Shipping office is near dock 30. Got a dock early, but load takes a while. Required a single load strap.

No guard shack. Girl at shipping was nice. Second green light, pull your truck across from shipping and park. Someone brought my paperwork out to me within 15 minutes.

UPDATE: came here again in early 2024 and had a different experience. The entire lot was packed with trucks and wait times were upwards of 3 hours at scheduled time. No chance of getting in early. Everyone was professional and slightly apologetic, but it was a surprise after such a couple of easy, crowd-free loads.
