VERY RUDE. I called to let them know that we emptied one of our units (we had 2) and the male that answered the phone was VERY rude and disrespectful. He acted as if I committed a crime by closing my rental. I asked for the rental cost to be put back on the card on file, and he treated me as if I was doing it at gunpoint. I would NOT recommend using them. We will definitely be closing out the other unit ASAP.
