Why are you closed on Sundays? Why is there no notice of change of hours posted on the gate? Why are there people in the office from as far away as Wasilla when we have plenty of locals who would like the job. Why is there no functioning phone to call locally in Girdwood? This transfer station should be open Friday-Monday like it has been for 30 years. People who work have one day per week to get rid of their trash instead of Saturday and Sunday. Give us back local control like we used to have and start being courteous about posting changes in hours. We pay taxes. There is no excuse for this!

As far as dumps go, this is a good one. Roll in roll out not to busy ever. The office lady or man has given my dog treats for years

Great little transfer station, never any lines. Just make sure you check that’s it’s open before heading in. They are not open everyday
