We were recently in the market for a new SxS. Paul (the owner), Eric, and the crew at ERPAC were great. When we showed up Paul greeted us as asked us what we were looking for. He spent at least 20 minutes with us walking us through all the different models and trim levels of the different machines, then left us to discuss amongst ourselves and continue browsing. We settled on the 2022 Ranger 1000 XP Crew High Lifter edition. Had them install a heater (worth every penny), some less aggressive tires, and a rear view mirror. They had it ready in less that a week and even delivered it to our house out in the valley. It's been a great machine and great experience so far. If I need another machine in the future, this will be one of the first places I check.

Have purchased two ATVs from ERPAC as well as tons of parts, items for maintenance, etc. Eric and the team at ERPAC have always provided exceptional customer service and responsiveness. For the few minor issues I've had with Polaris products, the team at ERPAC handled warranty claims with the utmost ease and convenience for me. Highly recommended!

The verdict is still out. The sales staff seemed very helpful when I bought my side by side. They explained how to do everything I asked questions about. One of the was how to take the doors off. It turned out the doors weren't set quite right from the factory, and couldn't be removed as instructed. I called and spoke to a few people before being told, "No problem, just bring it in, and we'll fix it." When I dropped it off, the gentleman that received it made it sound like it was going to be very difficult if even possible. I'll update my review after I get my side by side back.

Recently bought a late model boost. Talking to the salesman Eric I passingly mentioned the hard sell was going to be me selling it to my wife. He immediately started to search for anymore available rebates/ discounts from Polaris. He found an additional $1500 off. Mind you I did not seriously inquire into this yet. I also mentioned I would like have it in time to get it broken in before I start modding the sled. They hustled and got it together and I was able to get it the next day. I also got the opportunity to speak with the owner who seems to be a good person, and is running a business intending to help people buy things to have fun with.

I have seen a lot of reviews hating on the service/ parts department. I think these are out of complete ignorance, low IQ, and a miss understanding of how the dealership/ manufacturer relationship goes. I have not had any issue with the parts department, and service gladly took my 23 9r in for the clutch recall, did not bump me down any list because I bought it from another dealership. The recall was done reasonably quickly, the only hold up being the time it took Polaris to get the recall parts made and shipped.

My only regret with Eagle River Polaris is I did not start buying from them sooner. Ignore the angry me me me reviews from people who don’t understand buying spares when you buy a machine (I always have a track and 2 sets of a arms, belts etc.) or the reviews written by male Karens.

I bought a 2023 General 1000 XP-4 from Eric, the level of service I received from both him and Jessica in service have been second to none. Excellent product knowledge, quick to take care of anything you need. I buy a lot of machines and will most definitely keep my business with these guys. 10/10

Paid a pretty penny for them to fix an issue end of the summer season 2022. Pulled it out inspecting it for the the upcoming summer season 2023 and the issue is still exists. They stated it has been resolved but yet its back at the shop for the same issue and I have to fork out more money to get it fixed. I have not driven it since i got it back end of year 2022. It has been in storage. I dont mind having to pay but I would like the work to be done properly the 1st time without short cuts or temporary repairs.

Note: The gal who works the counter for service is always unpleasant. Rude and dismissive when calling or in person. I do not understand why. Walked in the shop at one point in time to her arguing with a supervisor/manager.
