The customer service person was friendly and courteous. He showed me alternative ways to send my package. The store looked better than ever with new lock boxes for people who need a P.O. The products were nicely displayed. I'm not quite sure why they would be selling purses in addition to the mail service. They are pretty, however.

We have a mailbox there, so we also drop off USPS packages all the time. The staff is usually nice and polite, but they have changed employees a couple of times in the past 1-2 years. Even though they're nice to me, I will never pay to ship anything there. Just as the other reviews have said, they'll charge you 50%-200% more than the actual cost. Luckily I learned that lesson on a couple of cheap packages.

I don't know if it's related, but they've been closed for 4 days now with just a handwritten sign on the door that they'd only be closed 8/20/22, right next to a "we're hiring" sign. No idea why, but we need to get to our mailbox.

Today 12/20/22 is the second time in a week that they weren't open when they were supposed to be. Plus all the other times this has happened. We waited for 30 minutes this morning and then left. I went back this afternoon to check my mail. I asked them when I needed to renew, which they told me, but when I told them I wouldn't be renewing they didn't seem to care. Granted, it was just an hourly employee that I talked to, not a manager or owner.

Today 12/22/22 at 9:15am, guess what. They aren’t open. As you can see from the photo, they are supposed to open at 8:30am. Please stop calling us.

I’ve had my mail box with Postal Web for over 4 years. The customer service I have received is priceless. They truly go out of their way to make sure anything I need is done fast and efficient with great attitude and a Big Smile. I have recommended this place to my friends and family members and I highly recommend it to all. They also have The “BEST” Cards for all occasions. If you don’t walk in with a smile you will surly leave with one.

I dropped a prepaid package here at Cinco Ranch Postal and noticed two days later that the USPS status hadn’t changed. I called the store and the team tried to locate the package but it had been picked up. They urged me to open a case w USPS, which I did. About 6 hours later I did receive an update from USPS. Thanks Cinco Ranch Postal for your great service!

Very friendly Staff and excellent service. We have been customer for 10 years. Would not go any where else. . Need to check out there list of services. As I read the review, Being a small business owner myself, public need to educated and understand the costs and customer services that we find not or receive with other postal services.
