My husband and I needed a spinet piano moved. From the moment we requested a quote we received the best treatment. Lanre asked us for some necessary information and then quickly sent over a quote with the final price for the move, something other companies would not do. The team of three arrived on time and handled the piano with much care. It was expertly wrapped and delivered without casualties. We were very please with their attitudes and concentration on the work at hand. We will definitely hire them again for our next move!

Lanre and Everett were absolutely awesome! They did an amazing job moving our stuff - which was a lot - and were super respectful, friendly and diligent. I was super impressed that they showed up right on time to get started and efficiently moved all our stuff from storage into an apartment. Our elevator was too small to fit our couch, so they carried it all the way up 6 flights of stairs!! I will definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend them!

On Demand was prompt, showed up right on time almost on the dot. The guys that helped us move were super nice, just a really professional, pleasant group of workers. I would happily recommend them to friends and family and use them again myself. They packed everything up with ease, wrapped all of our furniture, were able to get a really heavy dresser down from our second floor without it even touching a wall. Unpacking was even easier, they asked us where I wanted every piece of furniture, were jovial and just pleasant. I expected there to be hidden fees, nope in fact they finished early so the price was less than what was quoted. Honestly, there are a couple bad reviews here you can completely ignore them, these are the movers you're looking for.

I would leave 6 stars if I could! I highly recommend. Lanre is an outstanding project manager, his customer service skills are top notch and he even drove the moving truck! He does it all! His pricing model is very fair and easy to understand. There were no hidden or unexpected charges, everything is listed line by line on the estimate and invoice. Being this is the first time I’ve ever used a moving service I had some questions. Lanre scheduled a time for a call and afterwards I was confident that I not only did the right thing by hiring movers, but definitely by hiring On-Demand movers. His crew were all professionals, thorough, plus work well and fast as a team. My move was a challenging one because we had to stop at 2 places, a condo and a storage unit, but they were able to fit and arrange everything on the truck so that it was easily and quickly unloaded. I’m glad I used them for my move, you will be too.

My wife and I recently moved out of our three-bedroom condo, and had a great experience with these guys. They are very friendly, efficient, and completed the move in a very timely manner.

They even moved our very heavy old-school upright piano that is larger than the traditional modern upright piano, and did a great job with the complicated front door/steps combo at our condo, that poses a challenge for moving such a heavy item.

I would highly recommend using On-Demand Moving Services for a painless moving experience.

Highly-recommended. I was recommending this company to people during the move it was so impressive. Their communication was very good start to finish. I was given a fair quote with full transparency. They gave me a list of every service and item they were providing and the cost. Lanre responded to every e-mail and was professional and detailed. The movers were awesome. It was a tough move. 2 bedroom second floor condo with a very narrow stair well and a crazy angle at the door. We had so much stuff that it barely fit the truck. Somehow the movers made it work. That was impressive in and of itself. They were extremely careful. Nothing was damaged. They moved everything with great delicacy. My girlfriend had so many fragile boxes of pottery and glasses and nothing was harmed. They even securely wrapped each TV and furniture item to ensure no scratches or knicks. They were awesome. The move was 9 hours+ and the movers attitude was great. They managed to get a king bed that probably weighs 300-400 pounds up 3 flights of stairs and then put it together. If you want a good, reliable moving experience. Hire these guys. The cost was a little more than I budgeted for, but I could not be happier with the result.

I used On-Demand for a local move. A 2 bdrm to a 2 bdrm 3rd floor. The morning of the move I received a email stating that my movers would not get there until around 12 pm instead of the 10 am that we agreed upon. After responding to this email, I received another email shortly after saying that they would be there on time, and they were. The movers were very friendly and for the most part efficient. Got everything loaded on the truck in about 2 hours. The arrived at the new place in a timely manner and immediately started to unload. At one point they stopped for lunch, which was absolutely fine, and started again. Everything was unloaded and they were leaving by 1:30 pm. Although I feel like the amount I paid was a bit inflated, I didn't have to move the stuff to the 3rd floor so it is what it is. However, after they left I noticed some damage to a few of my items. I am guessing that they were picking furniture up by the feet since I had 2 different pieces of furniture were a foot was broken and a dresser drawer totally destroyed. Even with that what upset me the most was the fact that they left a Wawa bag full of trash in the common area of my new community. Nothing like making a good first impression with your neighbors. I did inform them and he asked for pictures but my Son in law was able to fix the broken items so again it is what it is.

On Demand Moving Services provided us with absolutely outstanding service during our move from Chesapeake City, MD to North Wales, PA.
This was a bit of a complicated move since we were moving from an old home (125 yrs old) to an apartment and a storage unit in order to have time to sorth through all of the things acquired after living in the home for 25 years. Everyone involved, from the owner of the company to the men who came to our home to finish our packing etc. , performed their work with care and efficiency. My recommendation for On Demand Movers is totally positive and I recommend them without reservation.
