My elderly parents hired them for their move. They never asked when hiring if they need things moved to the second floor. Apparently they have a policy that states they need three movers for that. These rude incompetent individuals left EVERYTHING in their garage. Parents paid for the minimum two hours of work and they finished in less than one. When trying to rectify the issue with the manager- he was very careless and stated it wasn’t their problem and we would have to pay for another move. Manager was extremely rude. I really would avoid this company if you are looking for a stress free move. It’s literally ran by idiots.

SCAMMERS do not use these people. We did our homework to get some other quotes and College Hunks was the least expensive of the three quotes and were quoted $199 by the first quote (they even took pictures of what was to be hauled away) fence and shrub debris. We set an appointment for them to come out to remove the debris. Once everything was loaded they came inside and told us it would now be $400 we argued that we were paying what were originally quoted $199. Because we weren't going to pay the extra $200 they had the nerve to dump everything back onto the curbside/road and left before the sheriff arrived to our home. If I could leave no stars for these scammers I would. I can't post without a star, they deserve no business what-so-ever.

Fair price for a small move but once the job was complete they wanted to overcharge me for an extra 45 minutes when they only went over by 20 minutes and they charged me for a mattress bag last minute, without any advanced notice. If you use them, just make sure you CAREFULLY review the final bill for any hidden charges.

Do not do it!! We used CH in New Brausfels and it was amazing! Arrived at 10am sharp and worked hard for 2 hours! We drove in to Katy and had 4-6 set with Marcos. Kept him in the loop to our ETA and he said no rush. We arrived and waited… and waited! Text Marcos at 4:19 and no reply until 4:56 when I was told they were around corner finishing up a job. He would have driver call me. Nice guy called and advised at 5:24 that they were finishing up a job and would be there soon. When I asked what happened to 4pm, this nice guy tells me he was just given this job. He knew nothing about it before 5 min ago. POOR mgmt clearly, crew was nice. They worked for 1 hour and 7 min after my husband and son had already started and still charged me full price. Disappointing and rip off!! $307 for an hour and no packing, wrapping, etc . I recommend College Hunks in New Brausfels but would not here. Poor customer service and mgmt. I will be calling main number as well.

Called them and got a better price for hauling away my old furniture than the first place that I called. They were much more affordable. Then I remembered that I had another large piece of furniture that I wanted to add to what they were hauling away and they had no problem taking it away too. They would have done it the same day I called but I couldn't meet them till the next evening after work. Their guys were professional, on time and nice. I couldn't be happier. I know I will probably move in a year or two and I will definitely be using these people when I do. I'm telling you now these people give you an affordable price and they were awesome!! You won't be sorry you used them.

I will never recommend this place. I had a move out to a new residence Rachel went and did the assessment to see how much it will take to do the move out. This was done 05/27 and they did some damage to my furniture and they never wrapped it up. They get there money making more trips since they bring you smaller trucks. I contacted Rachel letting her know that my furniture was damaged and walls and baseboards were damage. And also that they stole a amazon gift card. Until this day she has not gotten back with me. I have called the call center many times to request to speak with a supervisor and they say someone will follow up
No one does i have been nothing but patient. Do not hire this company. They are a joke .
