I used this mover company to move from 1 floor apt to the 3rd floor.

The price was fair ~$400 which was understandable since the moves had to go up three flights of thin stairs.

They were communicative and professional. They were fast as two people can be and wrapped the furniture very good.

They were sweet and go the job done around 3-4 hours including putting the boxes in the right room.

I would use them again!

I am extremely disappointed with this moving company. Initially, they tried to scam me by charging more for packing my belongings, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and still hired them for the move. A week later, on the day of the move, they called to say they'd be 2 hours late. I waited patiently, and after 2.5 hours, I called them again only to be told that they couldn't come at all that day. This entire situation has been incredibly frustrating and stressful, and I highly do not recommend this company to anyone.

Just finished up an office move with Miguel, Alex and Wayne. They showed up on time, handled my furniture with care. They had to disassemble and reassemble several large desks. I don’t feel like they wasted any time and am highly satisfied with their work!

Pack It Movers was absolutely the best! We were moving from Katy and had some issues with our closing date. They we're able to schedule something quick with us and assist with our move. They were super friendly and worked really fast! We had the pleasure of meeting Javier and Kenny. They both did amazing job of carefully transporting our items and communicating with us all throughout the process. They also asked us questions to ensure they understood everything about our move. Moving from a third bedroom apartment to a two-story house is definitely not an easy task, but they did it with grace and patience. By far one of the best experiences we've had with movers and will definitely recommend to anybody else who is in need of reliable and professional movers! Five stars all the way!

Pack it Movers Katy is phenomenal! Spoke with Roger and scheduled a last minute move and they were nothing but accommodating. Very professional and pricing is excellent.

We had Javier and Kenny as our team today and they were absolutely amazing! We have done moves before, but this was by far the quickest and most efficient one we've had to date!

Javier and Kenny were extremely careful with our furniture and made sure it was fully protected before moving. While moving things into the house, they took extra care to make sure they didn't scratch or damage any of the walls which we sincerely appreciate!

We were anticipating the move would take anywhere between 4-5 hours but they finished everything within 3! These guys are very professional, hardworking and extremely fast and efficient and we sincerely appreciate all their help! Will definitely be recommending Pack It Movers to all our family and friends! Thank you Roger, Javier, and Kenny for such a seamless move!

Pack It Movers-Katy was one of the best moving experiences I ever had. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to move. The movers were very friendly and helpful. I did not even have to lift a finger. If I could I would give this company a 10 out of a 10. This was an amazing experience. I will definitely be using this company again!
