Horrible company will leave your vehicle hanging for weeks at a time and will turn down available transporters for personal unprofessional reason causing financial delay on your car selling company. STAY AWAY!

Waste of time . Took us thru hoops to get through the hiring process with our box truck (2 weeks) just to tell us their eld wasn’t compatible with our hino . Then sends a email saying they weren’t hiring box trucks after we went and got approved by their safety sent all documents and got to the drug test . Place is unorganized

The people in the office are AWFUL! Janice and Dawn shouldn’t be the face of the company. I’m sure they have gotten many complaints. They don’t know anything about trucks and equipment. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and I’m starting to think racist. If you don’t want to work or help your organization succeed you shouldn’t be there. If you don’t have customer service skills you shouldn’t deal with people. If you ask for corporate they don’t have information to give you. They never have loads for their drivers. Their dispatchers never answer the phone. Over all would not recommend.

I called because one of my fleet vehicles was hit due to an ELFS driver not clearing the exit of a property. I had to speak to 3 different people only to get to Janice who didn't care whatsoever and told me that our employee was in the wrong. Our employee honked and tried to get their driver to clear the exit. The corporate office is unorganized and lacks quality customer service.

Very dishonest company. We set up dedicated contracts with a salesman named Milim Wentworth and he ended up screwing us to fatten his own pockets. This guy puts in an extra 15% markup charge to MY customer increasing their transportation costs so he can make a couple bucks. Watch out for these guys they are dishonest greedy CROOKS!

Very bad customer service Safety manager has very bad attitude. Unperfersonal owner operated drivers. Do not work for this company you will not get your paycheck from owner of the truck. And the company says they have nothing to do with it. So be very careful when doing business or working for this company at this Location.

The dock workers are horrible, they always disappear when a truck shows up or someone needs help
