I rented a space to store my RV for more than 10 years. The storage was always clean and secure. I never had an issue. The “icing on the cake “ was Sheila who was always looking out for me. She would notice that my unit was gone for a couple of weeks and call to make sure that everything was okay. I felt like she went above and beyond. The kind of service that you sadly don’t often see these days. Definitely recommend

This is my second go around using Royal Storage in Pattison. This time I've been in there several years. I never have to worry about my belongings. They have good security. They are also extremely clean I've never had no problems with any bugs or mice. But most of all Miss Sheila always so kind, courteous and professional and that right there itself goes along ways in my books. You will always have my business. Thank you

I have been with Royal Storage, in Pattison, for MANY years probably close to 10.
There are not enough words to express the professionalism and the courtesy the Royal Storage team share.
Four years ago I had to move, unexpectedly, to look after my mother of 80 years. She really needed my help so I now live about 5 hours from Pattison. A move , which makes me totally dependent on the Royal Storage manager.
With my hectic schedule, now, my rent due date can sometimes sneak up on me. But, because our, more than competent, Royal Storage manager is so kind to give us a courtesy call, she helps me to be aware so that I can make payment arrangements from here. She also keeps me up to date wth whatever is going on there wth my belongings.
It is a pretty special feeling to know that I can now pay more attention to the care I am able to give my mom because our manager is on top of things at Royal Storage in Pattison.
Even wth the Hurricanes hitting there, and other forces of nature that could cause me to worry, I know all is well because she is always on top of things and looks after every unit as if it were her very own. On this you can depend!
So, BIG THANKS to the Royal Storage owner for providing us wth a manager that is dedicated to keeping our belongings safe. And thank you too for the perfect unit to fit my need.
And A BIGGER THANKS to our more than competent Royal Storage manager. Your care and concern for each unit, and the person occupying them, is a rare and treasured quality and we are blessed to have you on our team.
