It was packed. 5 hours to load. Not very friendly in the office but I don't really gaf about that. Just handle your business and let me roll out. I get paid detention and I wasn't planning on rolling out until the morning anyway.

There is no parking on site though.

They have to load the boxes one at a time, it ain’t the workers fault, that’s how the company makes them do things. It is what it is. If you don’t like
It you can jump in the back and help them load or be quiet. Be responsible, don’t show up with 2 hours left on your clock them blame the workers.
Have some responsibility. Don’t let your company send you somewhere without enough hours or information. Be a man and stop this passive aggressive whining and complaining on the internet.

Got there at 10:30 am...appt. was at noon...finally got loaded at 3:30...very slow loading...bad seal took over a half hour just to get paperwork... good luck..all these trucks r still waiting..poor people

Check in at guard shack. Drive around building and BACK IN A PARKING SPOT ACROSS FROM THE DOCKS - DONT BLOCK EVERYONE IN BECAUSE YOUR LAZY. You park over there because you're supposed too.. and you're going to be waiting for a dock. Then go check in shipping and receiving and enjoy the stay 🙂 !! They care nothing about the driver's clock here BUT don't be late or they will reject you and you will have to reschedule.. now ain't that some s#!* ?!?! Oh and some loads are hand loaded 1 box at a time.

Wish I could lower this to one corner of a star. Got there at three didn't get a door till 6 and didn't leave at 9. By the time I left there was no rest areas or truck stops to park at. I had to go clear to humble to park. And the lady in the shipping department was not helpful and was too busy flirting with her coworkers to do her job. She lost then found my paperwork. Plus she hardly understood English.

Attention all truckers! Make sure you have a pick up number that starts with 9 from dispatch and don’t be a minute late! They are lazy, rude and will send you away. They don’t care how hard you work or gas you spent to get there. Be ready to wait in a line of truckers and too much paperwork for transporting coolers. It was very disorganized as well. Just don’t go if you don’t have to.

Warning for all carrier do not come here to pick up any load from them. May appointment was in 12:00 am they lod me at 6:30 pm everything you pick it up over here is going to floor load noting on pallet. Plus everything they going to loaded in your truck is not going to be wrap everything going to be loose. Then you can have a risk when you deliver it that stuff not going to be acceptable.
When I ask him to wrap everything they refuse big warning for everyone avoid this place all time.

The most rude and disrespectful person to drivers at Igloo is this guy. He wont give you his name when he refuses to load your truck just says his name is dispatch.
Completely rude staff to drivers! Be ready to be looked down on.
