They were very responsive and kept in constant communication throughout the delivery process. Even though the original sender did not give them clear instructions regarding the delivery, they acted very quickly when we contacted them. We also appreciated that they went above and beyond to ensure we got the table before Thanksgiving, even though that meant sending it on a special delivery rather than what would have been the normal delivery a week later. They helped make our Thanksgiving so special for our whole family. We would like to again thank the whole team, including Jennifer, Jeff, Kyle, and Chandler. Thank you all!

This company DOES NOT PAY DRIVERS. Have been chasing payment for months. DO NOT DRIVE FOR THEM. They dont answer calls, emails or anything.

Company does not pay their suppliers/vendors. We've been chasing them for a lousy $250 (now almost $400 w/late fees), since May of '24 when they suddenly closed down their Detroit ops. We had trouble collecting 2 years prior and were about to put them on COD, when they finally paid up well over $1,000 in back invoices.

JJ and Ange from JW Logistics were exceptional! My home and driveway are on a steep hill, yet they were courteous, professional and positive even in the midst of some challenging logistics. They handled my very heavy dresser with utmost care. They called 30 minutes before arriving and followed up with a courtesy call an hour later to make sure I was satisfied. I am impressed with their level of service and friendliness. Thank you so much for making a heroic effort to deliver my furniture professionally!

Do NOT use this shipper and HOME DEPOT uses this to ship their heavy items. They are supposed to leave in a SAFE, DRY area. How is the middle of the yard SAFE and it has been raining ALL DAY. It’s is not DRY!! Ridiculous. The owner of the home is in a WHEELCHAIR! No knock on the door, no courtesy at all!! The homeowner was home and watched them DROP it in the yard. The toilet was broken. The installer stated that EVERY Item like mine that is ordered and delivered is broken. Home Depot told me they can’t hold items in the store either because they get broken. Hopefully, one day I will get an unbroken item to be installed in the home. J.W. Logistics states I got basic delivery. No more Home Depot and no more JW Logistics for me. As I go through repairing the home, I will be sure to find out if they use JW Logistics.

If I could give zero stars I would, but you can only go as low as 1 star. We were in the middle of a bathroom gut and remodel and weren't ready to install this yet when it arrived. Don & Ky'vone showed up on time and seemed friendly and when I saw two of them I was happy everything would make it in ok. But we had a vanity and a limestone counter top in two separate boxes and you would think they would each just take an end to carry it up, but no. My heart dropped as I saw the one guy stand there while the other one proceeded to flip the box end over end, up the stairs, with our beautiful brand new limestone countertop inside. I had to walk away because I was so dumb founded about what I was seeing. Why on earth would you ever flip a box marked fragile end over end to get it up the stairs when you have two people that could carry it!? It weighed less than 100 lbs, and there's two of you. Needless to say when we opened the box the entire thing is cracked completely in half, right through the sink and counter top. They ruined a very expensive piece of furniture by being lazy! I hope Wayfair has a policy to help replace what you broke. Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional!

This company was hired by Home Depot to deliver a shower door. I was told it was to be delivered on 2/24. However, I happened to check the tracking on 2/23 and it said it was going to be delivered that day even though there was no indication it was out for delivery on the JWL website. I waited all day and nothing was delivered. When I tried to call the company they put me on hold and said Covid made it difficult for them to answer calls. I was told that I was 2nd and 3rd caller on hold then sent directly to voice mail. I left multiple messages and no call back. I checked their website again on 2/24 and it still says that the product will be delivered 2/23. Now I am on hold with Home Depot (going on 15 minutes) and they aren't even able to get JWL to pick up the phone.
