Booked straight run with "Gavy Brown" and he lied on the ratecon and said we had until 4pm to deliver. My driver got there at 3 and they were closed.... We agree to redeliver 2 days later for an additional 200, and gavy never sent me the ratecon after POD was sent. Do not believe the fake 5 star reviews. Its so obvious they used chatgpt to write them.

Company doesn’t pay TONU. I booked a load on a Monday for next day pickup.

Driver shows up next day to get loaded. Broker decides to cancel on me “due to shipment not being ready”

No TONU was paid.

They had a super heavy container out of Norfolk VA port terminal, they almost implored to take it out. They agreed for everything over the email. We got late at the appointment due to being pulled over at the weight station with overweight on driver axles. They were advised and not mentioned anything regarding late fee. Now after the warehouse taking 6 hours to unload the container they denied to pay the detention because we were late and charged $500 for late arrival fee.
Stay away from this company.
