The worst experience so far with a broker and company. My team had to be unloaded on Friday, which didn't happen, they were unloaded on Monday, it happens sometimes.

In this situation, the broker jay houk, who had to solve the case, postponed it for 3 weeks from one day to another and without doing anything at all, to finally tell us that we can do what we want, he basically sent us off.

I understand that it is not forbidden to behave in this way with your clients and you may have a similar company policy. But they should at least be ashamed to force someone to stay in the truck for 3 days, including the July 4th holidays, away from family and their children.

I recommend you avoid this company!

Very bad experience in the last period, especially with Amber G. , very bad communication, no response from her even though she is the one listed as a contact on the load you are doing. She won't pickup your calls, no answer on your emails.

She will provide you with wrong information for the load (as pickup/delivery appt time) and get you stuck.

Very unprofessional and bad experience, I would suggest to be careful since her Account Manager is aware of everything that is happening and you won't get anything even if you call him.

I'm sorry that I had this bad experience, in the past we had very good communication with Transplace brokers.

Hauled a load for this place. They called me 10 times wanting to know where the load was and if it was delivered. But now that it’s been delivered and I waited at the receiver for 7 hours, I can’t get anybody to answer the phone to pay me my detention time. I’ve called numerous numbers for two days now and nobody will answer. So drivers be aware they will screw you out of your detention time. I even let them know I was going to be in detention time when they had called to check on load delivery status. Sad this is how they do business. I see why they have such a poor rating.

My very first loaf as an O/O I booked a load with these guys to Denver CO. Got there to get unload and shipper loaded some extra product on trailer and receiver wouldn’t take it. Sat with the one pallet for 2-3 days. They agreed to give me additional funds for sitting and to redeliver to another facility at North Park Transportation in Cheyenne Wy. Tell me why the broker tried filing a claim with their insurance company and tried to get the other facility to destroy the evidence but North Park sent me all the proof of emails and evidence. These people still owes me about $4000 to this day but lucky for me I’ve found several ways to retrieve it.Tbh I would say they are an okay company, it was one broker plus John Baggot that gives the company a bad rep. Also, I went to their corporate office which is in texas near my home and spoke with Simon who assured me that I’d receive full payment but I only received half.

Received a load from a meat packing plant through these folks. Had a few questions for the broker trying to be professional and mature I wanted to know if there was detention time. He immediately cut me off until I can see we're going to have problems with you. I asked him to slow down a minute just had a couple of questions and I couldn't even say that. cut me right off very rude very unprofessional childlike even.
Makes me happy I waited for another load check out their reviews all three of their places
