Wish I can give 0’s, brokers are there to be called and asked questions. If it bothers you for me to ask load details two times to make sure because they are known to lie, then don’t work there, was extremely rude and hung up on me told me “I need to wake up”. Very unprofessional!! WOW DISGUSTING

Horrible Broker to deal with. They actually lie about the load details. They have incorrect appt times, which causes issues at the receiver. I checked in at the guard shack to deliver their load for what the rate cons says 1am delivery but come to find out, they don't even open until 3am. I didn't get a dock until 9:02am. We tried calling this Broker to get help with this situation, the manager and the woman who answered the phone were very rude, unprofessional and they should be ashamed of themselves for leaving the driver out to hang. They're lucky we didn't go dump it back where we picked it up.

I wish I could give them zero. They charge my driver 500 for their mess they did. We had the load with them they don’t how to run their business idk even know other people work with them.

Do not book with this company, they will not pay you!
Booked a load with them and they canceled the load while my driver was on the way, they refused to pay TONU saying that driver didn't call them to be dispatched which is on the rate con's fine print. The load was supposed to be picked up asap and we provided all the driver's information, Ashley or Zeke have never mentioned this when we booked it. Just another way of scamming carriers.

I truly don’t understand what the trucking industry has come to, how can the government or people in charge let these thief brokers still be in business i truly don’t understand. They received 1500 for a load and have the audacity to only pay the driver 600-800 dollars. They’re keeping most of the money when we’re the ones doing the actual work its ridiculous. You guys have no morals and No respect for yourselfs to be bluntly stealing money like this from hard working drivers.

THEY DO NOT PAY TONU
Well, we booked a load for our driver and when my driver arrived to the shipper, shipper told us that the load gone already! They sold this load twice and the first truck picked up the load and we requested the TONU. When we called to the broker Taveras Leonard kept us waiting more than one hour. After waiting 2 hours we booked another load for our driver as it was Saturday. After 4-5 hrs when we requested a TONU this Taveras told that he is not going to pay us. This is unprofessional attitude and mr.Taveras is very rude broker I have ever met!

This broker is a lying sobs
They had some one else SUPPOSED to pick this load up BEFORE I DID from California to here n Roanoke delivery
Today I’m being accused of being late because other driver did not pick up this load from Oxnard CA which was supposed to picked up 2 days prior before Myself got this load.. therefore I had two days make this delivery so it cut me short by two days due to Unknown absent driver
Will never again use Sunteck broker period

We've been doing business with SunteckTTS since 2004 and we've never had an issue - until September 14, 2021. We had a load booked with them to pick up in Florida at 2pm and they called my driver at 10am to see where he was. When he told them he was getting unloaded, they pulled us off the load and gave it to another carrier.- without contacting us. We were 12 miles from the customer where we were picking up. My driver arrived at the pickup at 11:01 am - 3 hours PRIOR to our appointment time, and was told the load had been given to another carrier. When we called SunteckTTS, Amber basically said she needed to cover the load and she was afraid we wouldn't get empty in time. I asked for a truck ordered not used because we did OUR part - and the TA states NOTHING about pulling a load PRIOR to the PU time because a dispatcher was worried about a late PU. We have tracking on all our equipment and we've never been late with one of their loads - in 17 YEARS!!!! Naturally I've not received a response to my email yesterday requesting TONU. Since we had a pickup for that driver in GA, where the load would have delivered, we had to deadhead 450 miles, the load barely paid that much but it would have covered the fuel. Hopefully if anyone else has the pleasure of dealing with Sunteck , they will not incur the same disregard for a 17 year business history, or how they could care less about a carrier.
