I stopped using the Post Office and FedEx. I go here instead. No lines and no wait. The workers are very friendly (especially Cheryl). They sell boxes and other supplies too, which is very convenient. I highly recommend using the business for all your shipping and storage needs!

Worked with Patrick who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, however, after driving 100 miles back to start putting things to find out the code they gave you doesn't work is not good. Now I have to keep things in my car overnight and hope things aren't stolen by morning.

I have been renting a drive-up storage unit for my business at this location for almost 1.5 years. Today, when I arrived to pick up inventory for shipment, I discovered that my access had been suspended. My pin no longer worked, and I couldn't get through the security gate. This happened without any prior warning, even though I pay an ever-increasing rate automatically.

This is the second time I've encountered an issue accessing the gate. The first time, someone was present at the office to assist me. However, today, no one was available, not even on phone support, whether employee or management. This situation has caused significant delays in my shipment, and now I have to waste time on the phone or in person to resolve the issue tomorrow. Consequently, my shipment will be delayed by at least 1 to 2 days.

Additionally, I have become increasingly dissatisfied with this storage facility due to the frequent issues with their gates, which are either always open or broken. Moreover, they are resistant to allowing us to use their dumpster for trash disposal, such as old boxes and other garbage.

Overall, the lack of reliability and support at this storage facility has been frustrating and disruptive to my business operations.

Overall, it's in decent shape and local. If I was to rent again. I would not. Theirs no cap in price increase. If you rent a unit for.. $450mo. And next year someone rents for $600. That's your new target price. I was one of the first renters. Mine was $252mo. Mine wasn't a special deal. That's three years ago. Now, it's $657 going to $700+. I enquired as to why it goes up fairly often and the response I got was. Be appreciative.. Others are paying alot more and you need catch up to them. Now, it's just a slow race to lore and more expensive. So, I'd just avoid it. I have a small business. I can absorb these cost increases. I don't see how others do.
