Amazon give me very hard time Amazon issued label UPS picked it up from my home and didn’t gave me tracking number after a week or so I complained for not getting refund Amazon team member said wait for 2 weeks
I again complain after two weeks not getting refund they create case to investigate. After a as they didn’t respond me they said ohh UPS didn’t scanned package so we don’t have any record so we can’t refund you money. I asked them it’s was very first your responsibly to track issue and contact UPS for not issue tracking number or not scanning package.
Then back and forth I was getting emails from Amazon to prove of ID and package. I gave them two videos from my security cameras.
After 53 days fighting with them to refund my money them started saying that box is small which you gave to ups so I said I didn’t open the box as this was return as received so Amazon gave me wrong item
Long story short Amazon team members are not so helpful if you get an issue so plz be alert and active to respond back to them
I did but they keep denying bit you better be careful

I have a doorbell camera and was on the couch when the package was delivered. I immediately retrieved it only to find the package had been opened and items stolen! Who would steal nightlights?! Grimey!

Van #30 on Monday 12-16-24 around 10-10:30AM CST almost collided with me then flipped my off when I raised my hand in disbelief. Amazon your driver is a danger and is threatening to citizens!

The closest warehouse to my address. Yet Amazon routed EVERYTHING through their Carrolton Texas warehouse WHY?

All packages from there failed. All packages from this location arrived on time.

I've always hated Amazon logistics because of this. Instead of routing through nearest warehouses no they route a customers package in a warehouse many hours away to guarantee problems.

I've had enough. Even if I must pay more I'm finding alternatives to Amazon done giving them chances.

This fulfillment center has saved me a lot of money. Their braindead drivers are incapable of delivering anything to the right place so every impulse Amazon purchase I make gets refunded when the package goes missing. Literally every time. It’s amazing. I don’t hate you guys at all. DELIVER IT TO THE RIGHT PLACE YOU ACTUAL MORONS.
