I had a fantastic experience with Buddy Moving today! Maury and Edwin were excellent—communicative, quick, and incredibly careful with my belongings. They made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. Pricing was competitive, and the service exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely refer them to anyone in need of reliable movers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY… they have negative reviews on other sites… please please please go to more progressional and customer service driven companies…. Jacob “Jake” and “Trent” are the owners and operators of this business and they are all about just doing a job… not doing a GOOD JOB!!! (We are currently moving forward with legal action) maybe if enough of their customers come together with the damage caused we can file a CLASS ACTION lawsuit against their LLC..

I moved on 3/7.. I have sent emails, photos of damage even gave a very long description of my experience. I have yet to have someone contact me with an apology, reassurance that my concerns are being addressed … so now we are here

I used them once before last year no issue has a good experience. 2nd time was a disaster. When I booked I asked if the same young men was working for the company and I was told they did and they would send those individuals out more then likely. Instead they sent the most Unprofessional, not customer service driven movers. (I will say the majority of the issue with just with one of them) they have damaged our items. I have sent a detailed messages, pictures before and after and also have cameras during the move you would think someone would at least contact me and say we are sorry this all happened. they were supposed to be at my residence from 1-3pm.. i had to call multiple times finally the driver called back at 4pm they didn't arrive until after 6pm. It was just the worst moving experience I have ever had with a company. That day even the supervisor “Jake” was unprofessional.. his concern was the company was closed by their time so pay the movers so they can get on their way. But if the movers were not 3-4 hours late for my job they wouldn’t have been working until 10:30pm. Which everything was rushed and it was a very sloppy job. The big items was not wrapped, they didn’t have the proper dolly’s to move things so my husband who had back surgery had to help them move ALL the heavy items. The movers did NOT secure the items on the truck so things were everywhere in the next stop, they stopped and got them some snacks on the way to the move destination even though they had been working 3 hours on this job and was still on the clock. I’m disappointed after being a retuned customer that this is how they handle when things go wrong. So many things could have made the difference .. even on making a review. I was quoted $160 a hour when the going rate is $120-140, but I was paying for a experience I thought I would have again and I didn’t mind paying the overage. Unfortunately I didn’t get what I paid for all I have to show for is damage to my property and no attempt to try and make things right. please do not use this company they are over priced and they do not care about doing a safe and reliable job. it's all about how fast they can get done to end the day. if I could make a review on any platform I will just to save people the hassle and anguish. I have attached before they moved the refrigerator to the truck and after it was removed off the truck pictures. This is just one item that was damaged. It’s countless other things that wasn’t handled properly.

OMG,I was so pleased with these guys, Cedric ,TJ , These guys came prepared n ready to work, they were very polite, and moved fast. I was so happy I found them. They fit me in last minute too, and gave me a great Rate!!!! Thank you Anne, Cedric, and TJ. I highly recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Edwin and Maury and I can't express enough how incredible they were! My mom is disabled, and they went above and beyond to make the entire moving process as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the moment they arrived, they were kind, efficient, and extremely patient, showing great care in handling all of our belongings. This week we moved from Dallas to Cypress, Texas. Our movers were Sirdarian and Maury. Those guys were wonderful. They were punctual, thorough, careful, and worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and reliable and went out of their way to help us (like helping me replace the back seats in my minivan which were too heavy for me to do by myself). They were cheerful and eager to please. This was a very positive experience for my wife and me.

Cedric and JT were our movers yesterday and let me tell you, they were awesome!! So professional and quick! Had us laughing the whole time and even named my daughter’s massive dresser Big Bertha (it’s forever name!). They worked so well together and definitely knew what they were doing! I will never use another moving company and will always ask for these two!!
