We had a load canceled on us last Friday at 2:45 PM, just five minutes before our driver arrived at the shipper. The driver had already been on the road, driving over 200 miles deadhead to reach the pickup location.

When I spoke with the broker on Friday, I was assured we would receive a TONU for the cancellation. However, this morning I was told that we wouldn’t be compensated because the driver hadn’t physically arrived at the shipper.

This situation is extremely disappointing, especially since we followed all instructions, kept the broker informed throughout the process, and acted in good faith.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be working with this company again.

FREIGHT CUSTOMERS AND CARRIERS BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE, DISHONEST company to work with!! Customers, if you want to ship freight, find an honest, reputable broker to take care of your freight!
They double-booked our shipment and then failed to provide us with any TONU compensation. When we reached out to request the TONU, instead of resolving the issue, they filed a Freight-Guard claim against us, claiming if we tried to write bad reviews they would freight guard us. Quoting the owner Suhayb Khamal- "every one star review will be a freight guard" This company lacks integrity and takes full advantage of carriers. Exploiting carriers for personal gain is bad practice. I would highly recommend avoiding any interaction with them to save yourself time and resources. Better to send a truck empty!!!!

On Jan 21, 2025, broker Suhayb Kamal from Interstate X made a freight guard report before even contacting our company first. falsely claiming fraud, theft, and document falsification on a load delivered Dec 30, 2024. He alleged 180 damaged cases were placed back on the truck and that the bill of lading was altered. We have the original unaltered document, and our driver confirmed the shipment was intact. Kamal’s claims, made over three weeks later, lack proof and seem aimed at financial gain. We reject these baseless accusations.

Deducted 250 becauae we did not use a bol they never sent. Was told after delivery that we had to use a different bol that they nevwr sent.

Ran a three stop load with Interstate X delivered everything on time no problems. Months later I’m told I didn’t submit the correct paperwork. I submitted the correct paperwork weeks ago when I call to resolve I’m giving the run around. I will file the proper documents as this is theft.
Correct the bad review is for the fact I’ve submitted the correct Costco paperwork over 2 weeks ago and I’ve not gotten any type of response stating you received the updated paperwork or payment. Give me a break while you’re responding to my review you could be sending an updated rate con to pay for your load that was ran and delivered on time with any problems.

BEWARE OF THIS BROKER.. DEDUCTS MONEY WHEN INVOICED. The pick up appointment was strictly set at 23:59 on 10/31/2021 in Hickory, NC And The Delivery appointment was scheduled for 11/02/2021 at 6pm in Colton, CA
Our Truck reached before time and checked in at 10 pm on 10/31/2021 in Hickory, NC and they had waited for 9 hours to get loaded and checked out by 7am on 11/01/2021.
On 11/02/2021 at 9am EST we informed the broker that our current location of the truck is Dallas Texas. After that, we received a call from the broker at 3.18 pm EST and they asked us not to move the truck as the appointment has to be rescheduled because the shipper was not able to load the truck on the scheduled appointment time and due to which they got late by almost 9 hours. The broker had to reschedule the appointment and the earliest appointment they got was on 11/11/2021 which is almost 10 days more than the earlier delivery appointment.

They finally shared another address to deliver the load in haltom city,TX as their customer told them that there is no appt. available at the receiver for the next 10 days. The Broker, Mr. Shay Gandy, admitted that it was not the driver's fault because the shipper loaded the truck after wasting 9 hours and Also, we were willing to deliver the load to the destination till the last moment. It was not a service failure from the carrier's side.
Carriers just beware of this broker they are unable to reschedule the appointments on time and they are on top to deduct your money. If anyone needs any further clarification can call or email us anytime. ANYBODY NEED CLARIFICATION, PLEASE EMAIL US, WE HAVE EMAIL CONVERSATION AS A PROOF

Dishonest, unprofessional and really the bottom of the barrel Freight Brokers. If you are a Carrier, book with them as a last resort and when or if you do, please ask for top rates. I have encountered several carriers who were reported or threatened to be reported to 411 simply because someone at the office did not like them. This is an unethical outfit.
