Never met Tom in person because we were not local to Texas, but he was easy to get a hold of. He and his staff worked with us so seamlessly and got our products in and out quickly and most importantly, correctly! They provide top level service and easy communication. We outsourced part of our Amazon business to Tom's prep center last year, and it was one of the best decisions made. Tom and his team are professional, accommodating, and efficient. Our store carried between 300 to 1200 unique asins, and Tom's streamlined process is well equipped to handle any growing business ( small or large). The piece of mind you get working with Tom is invaluable. We would recommend his prep center to anyone.

I WOULD NOT even give this company a half a star! I called up there to get some information and the guy told me not interested and hung up on me! He didn't even care to know what the call was about. I can not believe HOW RUDE THE PERSON WAS WHO ANSWERED! I would never bring my business here. I hate doing goggle reviews but customers need to know about this one! UGGghh!
