We give them a lot of business but their customer service is abysmal. They messed up a consignee’s phone number and so the freight company couldn’t schedule the delivery. NTG charged us $1,000 for 2 weeks of storage. I have emailed them 6-7 times during the course of 4 months asking them why they never reached out to us asking for a different phone number. They sent me an internal timeline showing they were aware of the bad number since before the storage charges began. So the only conclusion is that they wanted the storage charges to accrue so that they could charge us. The shipment was $200 and storage was $1,000. Bait and switch. They keep saying they will get to the bottom of it but they never do. And this only when they respond. They usually just ignore the emails and I’ve emailed 3 different people already. And then eventually they resend the invoice as if there hasn’t been months long dialogs contesting the charges. I would avoid them. It’s not worth the headache and unprofessionalism. No joke. 4 months now and no one will tell us why they never asked the shipper for a working number, even though they had the right number from the beginning and transcribed it incorrectly.

I want to applaud the customer service at FreightPros. Specifically, I want to compliment the exceptional service of Joshua Campos. Freight shipping can be an expensive nightmare! Our company found FreightPros and will not go elsewhere due continuously being offered the best prices in shipping and receiving the upmost care from our shipping agent when an issue arrives. Joshua responds quickly, communicates clearly, goes out of his way to help meet our request and help us solve any shipping issue we encounter. Same thing that happened Greg happened to me. Received an email with a reweigh notice several weeks after the package was delivered. The email had the option to dispute the amount within a certain time frame, which I did promptly. I also called just to make sure it got processed, no one answered or replied to my email or following calls. A few weeks later i got charged the extra $496!!! No answer or outcome of the dispute. I didn't authorize the transaction. Once they have your card info, they will use it.
Don't do business with them. Sketchy business practices.

The worst shipping service of all time. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!! look what they do to your products. ANIMALS COULD DO BETTER JOB. This is how is left and this how it was returned. UPDATE: their insurance is a scam as well.

My business uses FreightPros to book all our freight. The support we get on our account is outstanding and when our shipments encounter delays for any reason, our support team are on top of resolving it right away. Booking system is simple to set up and use, information on all shipments is easy to access and the billing process is seamless... FreightPros even resolve billing issues with carriers for me. Couldn’t be happier with the service since we switched to FreightPros.

I chose Freightpros because they found me a really good quote for my shipment. I paid and after a week I received my item. It was a bit damaged but I was happy with the price I paid and happy just to finally receive the arcade I always wanted. Fast forward to almost two weeks later, I get an email saying I will be charged almost $300 more because the item was actually a different class. I think that is not right, they can just charge you whatever they want after the fact! I’ve already been charged this extra amount and I just feel helpless.

They screwed me big-time. Don't waste your time or money with these sheisters. They told me everything was good, picked up the pallet and delivered it. Then they emailed me almost TWO MONTHS later saying I listed the incorrect weight. I disputed it, telling them I listed the same weight that was used when the pallet was sent to me, but they took another $100 out of my account anyway and caused me to miss an auto payment. Total scam. Be wise and use another company.

FreightPros is very easy to use and the people are all very friendly and help find the initial best rate. Unfortunately after the fact follow up takes a long time. I had an issue with Central Transport hyping up extra charges that I did not agree with (they dumped 4 of my 10 pallets because they did not secure them correctly or unload correctly, and then charged me for more time and they didn't even pay for the destroyed contents which I had on video! I have been fighting them for 160 days!!!) Normally this wouldn't be FreightPros fault except that I explicitly told them not to charge my card for the additional amount. But they did anyway and told me that I would need to get it back from Central Transport. I filed my claim but was denied (as is everyone with Central). The good thing that FreightPros did was that they did take some responsibility and worked to get back a portion of the amount. FreightPros is a company that does care. I do feel that, even if I am not 100% happy with the final outcome. PS. DON'T USE CENTRAL TRANSPORT!!!
