Awful! I payed double the price I was quoted and then a year later am still getting invoices. Not to mention the package was weeks late and I had to pay someone to meet the driver at a separate location because he refused to deliver to the address. I have probably spent the same amount of time on hold with customer service as I did waiting for the package to ship. This is absolutely a scam business

Worst shipping company. We placed an order with Nordstrom, which usually is delivered by UPS (always good). TForce claims they couldn't access our community because no gate code. But we are not in a gated community. When I contacted TForce Customer Service, I get a response from a "Contractor" who says we need to provide the gate code. Circular reference of stupidity on their side. Will cease doing business with Nordstroms if they keep using this crappy shipping company.

I placed a pickup order for Thursday, but the truck did not show up. When I called, I was informed that the pickup would be on Monday. There was no call to notify me or apologize. This company service is unreliable.

I came to see if I could get someone to give me a call to “set up delivery”. Although on our tracking number, it shows that it would be delivered today. I looked at the reviews and I seen this is a common issue with TForce. I’ve called twice today both times the answering service tried to switch me over so I can get a “set up delivery” and they didn’t even pick up for them. My wife took off of work today to wait for our delivery. We are still waiting for atleast a call so we can set something up.i did finally get a phone call. I will say Patty was nice and very professional.

Same as everyone else. Do not use TForce Freight. They are the worst. Had a delivery "guaranteed" for the last six days and still hasn't been delivered. Started Thursday, no show. Friday, no show. Saturday, no show. Monday, no show. Tuesday, no show. I have spent HOURS on the phone with Customer service who in turn has sent 10+ "Emergency" request messages to Austin's terminal and nothing. They don't answer the phone and the vm is full. They don't call back. Don't understand how these people are still in business. It is fraudulent that they accept payment for services. They deliver nothing. Scam.

Same thing as a previous reviewer from 4 months ago. No one picks up at the local Austin number and we can't leave a message because it doesn't work. It doesn't seem like they have done anything to address issues of the past.

They also falsely update the tracking noting that an attempt was made. Not sure how that was possible since at that time they didn't have my number. I also never received a call or a voicemail.

Working with this company is such a terrible experience and have no clue when I'll get my package.

We've been waiting on a shipment for almost a week now. It arrived in Austin last Thursday and it was supposed to be delivered on Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday, and now it's Wednesday and still no delivery. We've called the main number for the company 3 days in a roll and they said the only thing they can do is to "escalate" and send the Austin location an internal email and that we would get a call back, which we have not. We found the phone number to the local Austin location and called several times. No one answers the phone and the message says to leave a message but the system won't allow it, probably because the voicemail box is full. This used to be UPS freight but now called T Force Logistics. We deal with sending and receiving shipments worldwide all the time. This company is a total joke and incompetent, as shown by the low rating and the same issues we are having posted by others. Everyone should be fired at the Austin location and replaced by others who will actually do their jobs. This company is pathetic and operated by a bunch of clowns.
