My experiences at US Drug Mart have consistently been positive. The level of service is truly commendable. The pharmacist and staff consistently demonstrate courtesy, care, and promptness, reflecting a genuine dedication to patient well-being. Their professionalism is apparent in all interactions, especially in their accurate and knowledgeable processing of prescriptions and insurance information. I have been picking up my prescriptions from this pharmacy for some time without any issues. However, today was a disappointing experience. I was unable to get my prescription due to a price discrepancy. My doctor's office had provided a price estimate, but when I arrived, I was given a different (and much higher) price.

When I asked the young lady at the register if I could use a discount card or the price quoted by my doctor, she referred the question to the head pharmacist. Instead of addressing me professionally, he loudly announced that I have a $10K deductible and need to meet it, adding that they do not accept GoodRx. His tone felt dismissive and condescending, and the way he spoke to me—instead of with me—was both embarrassing and unnecessary.

I understand policies and pricing structures, but basic courtesy and respect should not be optional in customer service. I left feeling uneasy about how I was spoken to.

Best pharmacy i have ever had. So glad i found this place. I never have to wait in a long line like HEB, Walgreens ETC. My prescriptions are ready a day or less. They personally call me when they are ready. NO AI phone call. It is very convenient and the people there are so friendly and helpful. they always have a smile on their face.
The only thing i would say is please add some sweet tea in your cooler. LOL

Syed and Tonya are the absolute BEST! They go out of their way to help me and make me feel like family. I may have taken them for granted when I recently had a scheduling issue and had to have my prescription transferred to Walmart in Red Oak. It was the absolute WORST experience ever. Syed personally reached out to me and asked how he could help me. I was able to move around scheduling issues and the next month was back on track right where I belong with our hometown pharmacy!

I absolutely love this pharmacy! The pharmacist, Syed, is so sweet & kind. I have been dealing with them for years now & it feels like a family. The turn around to receive my medication is always fast & even when they have to order something, it’s never more than 2 or days. The entire staff is friendly. I’ll never go anywhere else.

The staff is very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. My family has been coming there for years and so have I since 2006. The staff shows compassion and care to all their customers. They know exactly who I am when I call. I've never had any issues picking up my medication and they always have it ready on time!!!
