Process of getting loaded was super quick, the lady Lidia was who i encountered at the shipping office she was so super cool & nice & professional as can be. Super thankful i got to meet her today & grateful she had such positive energy love her & thank you Lidia for everything & making my day easier & better ☺️

This place is very unorganized and unprofessional. The overall employee morale is low due to false hope and favoritism. My brother quit after two days saying they wanted him to do a four man job for only $11 an hour. The office personnel is rude and disrespectful to both employees and guests. It goes unnoticed because the manager is too busy with his personal relationship with the traffic coordinator. If you would like to be treated like you're grown with respect and not like a slave, then this isn't the job for you.

Terrible customer service from the warehouse men and the office staff at this location. They yelled at one of my drivers when he went inside to check on his load after a 3 hour wait time, aggressively demanding him to get out. The management at this place is terrible and I send lots of trucks this way. From here on, no more trucks will be sent to this location or company. The management needs to train this staff to be less lazy and provide a little respect towards anyone that walks through that door.
