Lei provided excellent customer service. She was very considerate, patient, and respectful.
I called Lei about trash and wood being in the unit I rented. She apologized and was sincere about it. She went beyond what I expected and called the site manager. I received a message and picture shortly after informing me that the trash and wood was removed.
