8am 2pm shipping and receiving hours they exceeded first come through getting services. Ladies at shipping office are welcome and friendly overnight parking outside the gate. They locked up 2pm until next business day open doors at 8am. They are fast loading process and the restroom are serious dirty. Docks are serious dirty road. Hope you did wash your truck before you get here. There is a truck stop about halfway of mile away from this place with blue beacon truck wash.

It's an average shipper receiver.

Pull up in the area next to the receiving office stay to the left so other trucks can park to your right.

There is a bathroom just inside the doorway to the shipping office.

They start work at 8 a.m. but you can sign in early. At 8 a.m. make sure you're at the window... Don't stay in your truck or you'll lose your spot in line.

It looks like the lot also serves as a FedEx terminal. it looks like there's a small office building in the front of the property.
When I got there at 7:30 the gate was already open. There are no signs posted about overnight parking.... So I guess you can call and ask about it.

Tandems to the back even for LTL.
Somebody will come out and check your seal before you move to your assigned dock.

When you pull out of the dock make sure you move far enough away so you're not getting in the way of other trucks coming and going.

If your googling the address don't confuse it with 4101 I-45 which is on the other side of the tracks.

1100 appointment. Checked in 0830 hot door 0930 and empty 1020. No overnight parking unless on the street outside the gate. Shipping and receiving opens 0800 closes 1400

Very unprofessional crew. Disrespectful team don’t even wish or appreciate a good morning but instead you will receive a bark out of a human mouth if trying to ask your questions. The dock will be flooded if raining.

Waiting time for loading unloading more than 4 hours. They have one hour mandatory lunch between 12pm and 1pm. Truck park on the door at least one hour to get service. 10 trucks waiting for door. Slow and uneficien from shipping/receiving office to fork lift drivers. Truck drivers stay away from this warehouse. More ridiculous is I was sent from another location to do delivery here.

Checked in 45 min early for a delivery appt.
Unloader checked seal and told me which dock to back into (tandems slid to rear).
He had me unloaded and a signed bol handed to me 45 min after I checked in.

This place is terrible!! As you entrance their yard is like you are doing rodeo, and if you so lucky that they gave you those dock all the way at the end of the warehouse, your truck might get stuck in mud during rain season. And after you are all done with them, go get your tractor and trailer wash all those dirt and mud off! Ps. Might wanna wash inside of your trailer too, because their freight is so stink that your next shipper may reject your load.

Went to pick up a load today from this location. On my arrival, I found out a few things:
1- paperwork was NOT at receiving but front office.
2- lunch from 12 to 1 NO loading or unloading
3- NO loading after 2pm FIRM
4- Minimum of 2 loadbars or 2 straps for non hazmat loads, all of them no matter what.
5- 10 straps or loadbars on hazmat loads

We did not have this listed on our RC for the straps on a non hazmat load they refused to load. Wasted 3 hrs for no reason.

They should just sell those if it's MANDATORY since their not communicating this information to their brokers since it was not listed on RC sheet.
