Unfortunately, I have to rate Ennis Product on the low end, because of this last issue. We, my disabled husband and I were returning customers until now. This company has lost its integrity and credibility with us. This last time, we brought our zero turn John Deer mower in for repairs. My husband is unable to do the repairs and I have no idea how to be a mechanic. I left it up to them to find the problem/ issues with the mower and to give estimate of the cost and up to me to pay for what is done. This entity did not do the work the first time; instead Rita and Bobby wanted to judge me and argue. I refused to argue with either one of them. They sent Randy over to pick up the mower and tried to tell me that I had bad fuel. I get my fuel from Winter Oil, straight fuel, filtered and had the tanks cleaned. I had checked the fuel filter before the first time we brought it to them. It was clean and fuel was running through the line. The one thing that I know how to do. The based was not lined up and bolts were not put back in, the air filter was just as dirty as we left it and mower was doing the same thing and worst than before we took it to them to be fixed. Cotter (sp?) pin was missing. They charged me for a new carburetor, governor and seals and put gas in it and said they mowed with it for forty-five minutes. It our belief that is where the debris came from in the gas tank causing and enhancing further problems, which we paid for in addition to the first charge which we paid. I gave Randy the cotter pin to put on, but it wasn’t put in. Also, our trailer was damaged and I bought the paint for the repair. So. here’s your warning about this entity… be prepared to be judged, to be wrong and not have quality work done. Patricia Washburn

I took my Massimo UTV to them on the Feb 5th. I called them back after two weeks and was told it was repaired. Rita said she submitted all the paperwork to the warranty company and that they were waiting to hear back from them. She said I could pick it up once it had been paid. I called back again on Feb 21st and Rita said they had not heard anything from the warranty company. I told her that I would contact the warranty company and find out what the issue was. I contacted them and they said they would reach out to the repair shop. Come to find out Rita had dropped the ball and failed to respond to emails from the warranty company for a week and a half claiming it was the warranty company who was not responding. I spoke to Rita who never apologized for her lack of due dilligence. I told her that I received an email from the warranty company they said the shop got paid and you can go pick up your UTV. Rita rudely said, They have'nt paid me yet, but you can come get it. The story of what Rita said they repaired changed several times. Rita refused to provide me with any documentation of the work that was done to my vehicle for my maintenace records. I have had warranty work and non-warranty work done on many vehicles and have never been denied some sort of documentation on the repairs made. This practice is unethical and illegal. I will continue to persue an invoice for the work they say they did. I recommend you do not do business with Ennis Products.

I took my massimo t-550 to Ennis products on 1 Oct 24, it is now 23 Oct 24. When I took it in I was told by Rita that I would hear from them but machine "won't be fixed". I called on 22 Oct, was told would call back. No joy.
On 23 Oct. Called and spoke with Judith now she is telling me work has been completed. I don't know who is lying to me but someone is. I will post daily stars can go up or down.they have gotten a lot of bad reviews.Good morning world, and followers as said this is a new update. Spoke with massimo coustomer service this a.m.. Anyone looking for coustomer service number is 877 8816376, be prepared to be on hold a while.The young lady told me that Ennis products has not submitted the final invoice. That it only take a couple days for the warrenty authorization. That is all to report for now. Tomorrow will be another day and more information. 25 Oct have machine, appears to be working well know more if all go's well this will be my last post.

Took a Generac pressure washer for warranty work. 3 months later, they said they fixed it, I picked it up, and it wouldn’t stay on longer than 30 seconds! They lied to Generac after I reached out to them saying they had finished it after a few weeks, and that I allowed it to sit there the whole time, then blamed it on bad gas. Nothing can be further from the truth. Unethical. I’ll drive to Corsicana or Waxahachie next time to get my small engine stuff repaired.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE!! DO NOT BRING TOOLS UNDER WARRANTY HERE!

I took my Milwaukee tools to get checked out cause I was having issues and they are still under warranty. This company did not want to honor the Milwaukee warranty even though they are a Milwaukee service center as stated on milwaukees website.

They wanted to charge me $65 per tool and when I questioned the charge 3 employees got out of their chairs and and started yelling at me !!

A man walked at a fast pace towards me pointing fingers and screaming, at the same time a lady jumped up from the back and proceeded to yell. The man walked away uttering rude comments under his breath. I did not raise my voice once and told them they were handling the situation very irresponsibly. Rita said “I want you to leave too!”

By the man’s body language he made me feel like he was two seconds away from swinging at me. I hope they go out of business!

I contacted the BBB and found out they are missing a license and aren’t even accredited as they have an “F” on BBB

Do not use this company! They are extremely rude, expensive, their workmanship is junkyard and their warranty doesn't even last a day on work or services perfomed. They always say that they can't be held responsible for anything. I paid them $500 for work that never actually worked at our house. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!

Glad we live in DFW and theire are other options to be found out there who care!

They did refund my money. Thank you for doing that. We took a trolling motor here. We told the lady that we had a guided fishing trip booked the next week on Friday and really needed the motor fixed before then. We paid the deposit and called Thursday. They hadn't even looked at it yet. We had to pick up the motor and use it as it was. They would not refund the deposit even though they had done nothing and even though they had no intention of touching it before Friday. Shady, shady!!
