Service Department had my tractor and baler for over a month. Finally got an assessment and they lies to me over and over. Finally picked up my equipment and took to another facility. They busted the dash in my tractor as well as broke the tilt on the steering wheel. They tried to charge me for things that wasn't done. Lied about what had been done. I caught the mistake after showing service manager and he told me I was the reason they were going broke. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Took my equipment to another John Deere and my equipment was fixed in less than 2 weeks. Cheaper on parts and labor to boot. Be warned if you use Ennis dealership. Watch your pocketbook!!
