My husband and I have been renting from K-Nor for almost two years. The experience I have had has been great! Any time there is ever an issue, they work diligently to fix it as quick as possible. For example: the ac unit gave us some issues after the storm this past Sunday, my husband called the emergency line and someone was at our house fixing it within the hour! It made me feel like we mattered and they cared about the fact that we have young kids, it being summer (In Texas), the house can heat up fairly quickly! Aside from this, we have never had any issues and enjoy renting from them as a whole!

I have been a tenant of Knor since 2015. I have had experience with multiple ladies in the office, all of which were pleasant, and Norma Epstein is always very straight forward and professional. They are prompt with resolving issues and repairs. It has been a wonderful experience.

I have been a tenant with Knor now for a year they have been awesome. I had called 28 different properties and they turned me down for being a felon but not Knor Norma gave me the chance to show her that we are not all of us bad people and I did just that. Anytime I have called for something to be fixed or anything they was quick to get there and get it fixed. So me and my family wants to thank Knor for everything y’all did for us.

I wish I could give 0 stars. One of the ladies working in the office is so rude and she's been there a few years. Nearly everytime I've tried to talk to her she has to be rude as if her life depends on it. Laughs at me in a condescending sort of way because I assume she thinks I'm an idiot or something. And even making remarks about my husband which was totally uncalled for. I've been renting for them for 4 years and never give them issues. Aside from the super rude office lady, the house was not ready when we moved in, it was dirty and dusty and had a flea infestation. Not to mention holes in areas that could have easily been patched up before the house was advertised. It seems so lazy of them to not take care of those things. They did send an exterminator for the fleas but it should've been taken care of before I signed the lease or even before it was ever advertised for rent! It's an older home that's on the cheaper side when it comes to rent. So I assume for that reason they didn't care much about cleanliness or updating anything that REALLY needed updating (the bathtub and a few 10,000 year old windows that seriously need replacing!). I mean, they must rake in thousands from their tenants and they can't make some simple updates that make things easier for the people living on these properties? I'm not asking a home makeover but simple things. If WINDOW units have to be used at the house at least make sure the dang WINDOWS aren't rotting out. Honestly, it just looks like they sent some guys over to touch up the house by painting the inside and out and nothing else. It's a shame that rental companies such as 'K-Nor' doesn't treat everyone or every home the same. We all deserve some level of respect, office ladies at K-Nor. It's not easy to get by these days, living costs an arm and a leg. Especially being young with many responsibilities. And -especially- if WE renters are the ones keeping your business running. Keep that in mind, K-nor. I can't wait to finally buy my own home so I can be done with this company and renting from crappy landlords that just don't care.

****RUN****** DO NOT RENT HERE! Very rude unprofessional, does not fix maintenance issues or will charge you to send anyone out to take a look. They want you to repair things that a homeowner or property management company hall repair. The foundation of the home is not secure, pests uncontrollable and they will not do anything about it. The rude office staff tries to belittle and gets snotty when responding to questions that a maintenance technician should be answering. Whoever hired these people to manage their properties shall be ashamed of themselves for hiding such a terrible company to represent them. Do not rent here!!

Had to move out quickly submitted my application 3 weeks prior and company didn’t not work on application until the last week showed me a house that doesn’t need to be for rent to nobody I wouldn’t even let my dog stay there and the on last day declined me because my manger of my old house was not the owner this company needs help and needs help fast bad customer service horrible turnaround time and the turn around time is just horrible

Been Living Under this Management Group for 3 year and I can say they are very understanding.. Communication is key I have been Late multiple times and they continue to work with me ...The people that think they are rude that's just tough love ,If I had a few properties ,K-Nor would be my go to Management team.... Keep up the Good Work!!!!
