Very rude people to speak to and to get any information. They specifically told my dad, it doesn't matter that he paid for a water main or not, he had no say in getting a water meter, and that he probably wouldn't, that this company was untouchable, they could do whatever they wanted with no repercussions. Tecq or better business bureau needs to be made aware of their actions. I plan on reaching out to both. Not sure what's happened to courtesy and "the customer service " people have no choice of what's charged or what and how they treated.

They are 8 weeks and 4 days into a 3 hour task, and not a word about the reason for the delay. No one answers their phone or email; or, voice messages. A shining example of how not to run an engineering firm. I would not recommend them to any but my worst enemy.
