I have been a customer of Valley Best Storage for approximately 18 years now. Unfortunately the new management is making things extremely difficult to keep the lot I have had. I will be looking for a new place that has the personal touch Steve and Alex had. I am extremely disappointed with the new management and remote system.

We just had a great experience with Patricia at Valley Best Storage! We were flooded 03/27/25. Everything has been going downhill since. We just set up a rental unit without having to leave the house. Very professional, Patricia walked us through the document signing and explained everything thoroughly from the comfort of our home. She also offered us a nice promotion to save a little bit of money, and that is the best thing that has happened since this whole disaster started! Thank you for making one thing easier on us Patricia!

So as I drive into VBS to go to my storage all seems like a ghost town. Office is unaccessible meaning there is no one to talk to about like leaks, rat damage or any property concerns anymore. I always thought Alex was the owner as he made it a place to be trusted. Now with no one there it makes me wonder. Did I get broken into through the night, is there anyone checking the property as they should in the mornings.... Alex, whatever your endeavors are Godspeed, truly a leader....

I had no issues prior to new management when you delt with someone locally.. I don’t like the fact that everything is done remotely now. The price of my storage units doubled under this new management without any notice and phone reps weren’t able to give me any justification for doing so. They are of no help.

It was the best storage place. But since it’s under new management the service is horrible. I do not recommend this place and will be changing to a local location.
