Dont bothere renting a unit here ,if u need assistance with ur unit u will never get it! The entrance for the storage is so wrong it not flat or leveled u have to lift or step over . All the alarms are on and u have no access to it unit nor the entrance of the building,u call costumer service and ask for assistance because they don't have an employee working . I called the number provided on the wall and she said if I can replace the battery 🔋 so the doors can work ,I was like u want me to what ,so she hanged up and she'll call back it's been an hour and no call

So another update,this place is horrible to rent alarms go off and never turn off . I came to the storage and alarms been going off for the past 45 min non-stop they need ppl here to work they need staff!!!
They have homeless ppl blocking the path ways witch is also bad , save ur money and go else where, until they fix the issues there having.
