The manager, Kate is absolutely amazing! As for the Storage facility? I won't go anyplace else, period! I got a Fair price & 24-hour access along with a state-of-the-art security system that gives me peace of mind knowing my valuables will be safe at all times. By the way, did I mention Kate is absolutely amazing! 😉

This storage facility has been a pleasant endeavor from my first day speaking with the manager/ staff. I believe I was the first client at this facility. My first visit to sign up and see my unit was really a nice experience, she was very nice and professional! Showed us how to install the locks and operate the gate entry pad and went over the rules and regulations. Most places I have been just shove you out the door after your paid up!
I recently called and leased another smaller unit and she actually did everything by phone , I went a day later to see the unit and she walk me through things again and help us with the lock again. Really a super big help!
The place is clean and I really like this location. I feel like my belongings are safe . One more thing , the phone has been answered every time I call.

If I could put a thousand stars I would, Ms Kate has gone above and beyond to make sure this rough move was made smoother and easier to accomplish with more ease, less money and stress! She has made it her goal to do extra in order for us to be able to gain access to complete our move! My Daughter and Grandson were very surprised and pleased at how easy she made it for us to transition! We are so Happy to be In a safe, secure and clean facility for their personal property!

This has to be the cleanest and well secured storages in Alvin! I came in looking for a unit and got the keys same day. Kate had me sold on the security system they have and the bathroom that’s open to everyone at all times. Best best best storage unit I’ve ever had.

It's hard to find great customer service these days, but you can certainly find it here. Kate consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience. It also doesn't hurt that the facility is first class and U-Hauls are available. This place gets my highest recommendation.
