If you have a dry van question the broker or your company about this before you go. Pulled up they could see I had a dry van. Nobody said anything sent me down to the actual Warehouse. I told the guy taking paperwork I have a dry van he either wasn't listening to me which is pretty likely or he didn't know what a dry van was. Wasn't till I was almost in the warehouse and everyone started freaking out and acting like I'm the asshole. They literally told me they didn't know how they were going to load my trailer. They had me pull around to the front of the building, had to make a makeshift dock, took over 5 hours to load me cuz they continued to load the flatbeds while I waited. Because of this I missed my 3:00 appointment for a Friday leaving me stranded in Oklahoma all weekend. Everyone here very unsociable, very unfriendly, expect you to be some sort of psychic on how their whole system works. Absolute nightmare pretty sure I shouldn't have even been allowed in here in my truck.

Large warehouse on the port of Houston. When picking up or delivering loads make sure you have your TWIC card or you will be denied entry. Staff was helpful in giving directions on where to go and how to get there.

These people yell at you and give you such a hard time. And when you stand up for yourself they make you wait for hours on end. Hope I never have to go back.

Very easy getting loaded there and getting back out. The 3 star review is for the roads around the pick up and warehouse. Holes everywhere. Make sure you do not get a truck wash and then go to this shipper. You may loose a tire anyway. Just be careful. Other than that, the people who work there make the process very simple and easy. Just need to repair those roads.
