10/22/24 temp has to be down to at least 10. For a -10 load before even being allowed to leave gate area. Live load. They will have you back up to door, slide tandems all the way back, & you wait until someone comes out before you open doors & back into dock. ...same with closing & sealing doors. 2 load locks in back before docking. Was loaded quickly. No overnight 6

MAKE SURE WHEN YOU COME HERE REEFER IS PRE-COOLED TO 11F, SET TEMP IS -11. ALSO TO HAVE A VEST, AND TWO LOAD LOCKS IN TRAILER! IF YOU’RE NOT PRE-COOLED TO 11F THE GUARD WILL HAVE YOU PARK SOME FEET AWAY FROM THE GUARD SHACK AND WAIT UNTIL REEFER IS SHOWING 11F. Then you can proceed to the shipping/receiving office.

Park along side fence near their trailers, and walk to the office. Small docking area, not much room to maneuver trailer into dock!

I arrived at 10:35am for my 8am-5pm appointment, the warehouse worker knocked at my door at 5:30pm to open my doors and back in dock. TOOK FOREVER, apparently I was work in even though I have an appointment.

Finally loaded me at 7pm.

This location is very easy to find off hwy 59 and has two truck stops within two miles. The TA also has a truck wash and several restaurants and fast foods on site. Make sure your trailer is pre-cooled set to -10 and a min of 10 degrees to check in. There is plenty of space to back into docks. Slide tandems before being loaded and make sure to have a safety vest. Very friendly staff in the shipping office. Has restrooms inside past shipping office.

If you are picking up a load at Tyson, which is run by Lineage Logistics, before you walk all the way up to the office to check in you definitely want to bring your DOT number as part of the check-in process. You also need your 500 number and your PO number. Before you enter the Guard Shack area you definitely need to make sure that you have two load locks or you will not be loaded. Also, your trailer must be clean and debris free or they will send you to a truck wash to get washed out and then you must produce a receipt. Although my trailer was pre-cooled adequately I have been sitting here for an over an hour & half waiting to get approved to back into a dock.

Hopefully the person loading you is not the night shift supervisor. Because he will load your trailer 1 pallet up front doubles all the way to back doors. When you tell him that would be perfect for a spread axle he will say I load 10 loads per night just like this.. when you bring him back the scale ticket proving you are 38,000lbs on rear tandem, he will look at it and say they will fix you in the morning. Even though you told him before you left you were going to be over weight on trailer. Day shift was extremely precise, loaded timely and accurately. They know how to load trucks. The difference between day and swing shift truly was night and day.

Arrived about 12:00 for a 14:00 appointment. Got a door immediately but didn't start loading me until my appointment time. Loaded and leaving by 15:00.
Room for backing and maneuvering.
Nice and friendly staff front shipping clerk to dock loader.
No overnight parking.
Restroom in shipping office.
Be sure to pre-cool your trailer to -10 and have 2 load locks or straps.
Trailer must be fairly clean. I had a little wood debris from previous pallets and did not have a problem, but they are serious about clean trailers.

Great facility, plenty of room to maneuver. Arrived about 2.5hrs before my appt, put me right in a door. I was there at night, don't know what day time is like. Great job guys!

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ALLOWED. OPEN 24HRS MONDAY - FRIDAY. They were pretty good to get me unloaded and guys were actually waiting on me they said. I was in and out within an hour to be exact. There's a PETRO right down the road. DO NO BREAK SEAL. THEY WILL COME OUT AND BREAK THE SEAL THEMSELVES ?
