This place is a joke! LOST my clothes ,close to 40lbs. Admitted to it. Then they tell me the attendant went rogue and will no answer any phone calls

Ive been coming here since they've open and still most washers dont work. I had hope they would have fixed them but no. Most don't rinse good and others don't wash good. I don't recommend this washateria.

This is a really nice and clean establishment, I have been coming here off and on for the past year and half, but I would not recommend it. If you do not speak Spanish, you will not receive the customer assistance you may need. The first time it happened, figured was just a fluke. But if it keeps happening, then that might not be place I need to spend my money. Today, i needed a solid dollar to purchase a card to wash with. But I only had change. The young lady who works there advised me to go to the store next door. Now I see people buying popcorn and laundry bags, paying with dollar bills. I did not understand why I would need to go to store next door for a dollar bill, when it was clear she could of given me a dollar in exchange for my change. I am now realizing that i spend 40 bucks a week at a place where I am not afforded the basic customer service the other patrons get because I am not bilingual. I will not be coming back.

Yes, there often is a language barrier issue but I have nothing but good experiences. Most of the time the attendants know enough English to help as best as they can. Otherwise, I use Google translate and every person has been the kindest and most helpful people. Show kindness and receive kindness. I recommend this place to all my North Austin friends.

1st time here....this is nice! The girls keep this place clean! Floors walls and machines are kept up with! Always a peace of mind knowing that!

Primarily Latino folk....everyone seems super chill!

They close at 12 and the gas station that's at the other end also closes at 12 too! So if you wanna grab you something to munch on while you wait, you can!

All in all, I will most definitely be coming back!!

Best Laundry in the area. Employee are help you find a open washer when it is kinda crowed. Very chill, clean, and the AC is on blast.

If only they actually open at 0600 like the Google Profile does lol

Terrible establishment. Racially discriminatory towards anyone who is not Hispanic. Refused me to enter at 1020pm signs said open til 12a. Open sign on. They allowed Hispanics in and locked the door behind them laughing. I speak Spanish. They “don’t have room for greedy white people” well, that being said I sure hope you have a business license and are prepared for what’s coming to you next.

Racial discrimination, and bad business practices don’t make well in court.

Avoid this illegal operation, they’re likely employed under the table as well. Nothing better than coming in to the US, profiting, and not paying back into taxes. Americans pay taxes for you to be able to work, have health care, emergency services, roads, water, and most of all, freedom— you’re stealing that. It’s not free. I will see this establishment be reprimanded for all the discrimination, business malpractice, and false advertising

Depending on when you go it doesn't get too crowded. The machines could use a solid cleaning. Your clothes may come out smelling nothing like the detergent you use, so I suggest using some kind of enhancer for the wash as well. Over all, not a bad place to wash your laundry. *update* changed to three stars because on multiple occasions came early in the morning around when they are supposed to open to beat any crowds and they aren't open, sometimes not even two hours after their apparent open time.
