Be sure..when you buy a phone from cricket here in Brownwood,Tx.. know that you can't return..or exchange it for another one after 7 days.If your having problems with it..or it stops working completely, to bad..your stuck with it.They will tell you..you have to buy a new one.That was my mistake.Just for "FYI" these are "Refurbished Phones"...(THEY ARE NOT NEW)...that's why you only have a 7 days to bring it back.
Just want to say, they have one person there..(and you know who you are)..that is prejudiced towards Indian people...just saying.

If I could leave no stars, I really would. This Brownwood location needs some structure for sure. They don't have good communication skills. No manager and the employee laughed like it was funny because she didn't even know what to do with the mistakes they caused.

So my boyfriend went into the cricket store and wanted to add a line, they set him up and sent him on his way thinking they did everything they needed to have us all set up. Well when we get home the phone is off so I put it on the charger. Mind you there wasn't even a box or charger cord in the box that had the phone. So I go to charge it and it just vibrates doesn't light up nothing. I go try another charger I had still nothing. So my bf goes in the morning and is told they can't help him because he isn't of the head of the account and that I would have to go up there. So I wait to get off of work, go up to cricket explain that they didn't even give us the phone number of the phone he just added and that the phone isn't even turning on after the employee gave it to my bf. So he writes it on the receipt and tries to connect it to their charger. They try multiple, nothing works. They have no idea what to do so the other employee calls someone and she tells the employee to return the phone they gave us and that we would receive a new one but now here's the catch, she goes to tell me that the charger box and cord need to be in the cricket box also and I go to explain there wasn't a box or cord and she said I'm sorry but the box was sealed and there had to be a box or at least the cord in it. First the box wasn't sealed and the outside of the cricket box is all beat up and has black scuff marks all over. Since I started getting frustrated and my bf coming in to see why it was taking so long and him getting aggravated because I'm upset she gave me the cricket box and recipe and told me to come back tomorrow. This Brownwood cricket is the worst experience I've had. Corporate should definitely come in and see what's going on because they don't have simple knowledge of the company they work for and they're customer services skills suck.

Can someone tell me an Attorney in which to complain/ sue Cricket. Cricket is hijacking our unlocked phones.

. Get service with Cricket, but when you want to leave and go to another service, all of a sudden Cricket can’t unlock your phone. Which means you can only have service with Cricket. Your phone was unlocked when you signed up service with them, but now they play dum like it’s not their fault. Bull crap.

Dana needs to learn customer service skills if she is going to work in customer service. This store in general needs completely new staff. They have gotten complacent in the way they treat people and the higher ups only continue to allow it.

Today we took my 80 yr old grandpa in to get a new phone and the employees were all amazing especially Vanessa she went over and beyond taking the time to set his new phone up the exact same as the previous one to where he didn’t have to worry about how to get to his stuff. My only recommendation would be to the owner and mangers that they should appreciate their employees as much as the customers appreciate them and give them some stools or something to make them a little more comfortable while they work

I had THE BEST experience today with these girls! My phone was disconnected by my ex while I was out of town with my babies, I was in a city I had never been with no service. I was stressed and frantic, I needed a new phone and my debit card had been blocked bc I JUST got back from vacation and my bank said all the traveling charges were fraud. The woman working just handed me her phone to call my bank. I didn’t even ask! They were patient, efficient, and understanding. It was one of the best customer service experiences I think I’ve ever had. They even listened to me vent about my boy problems! 😂
