Well,,i live across the lake,im not happy at all ! The trucks honk if there late,car alarms set off by the laud booming of freight in /out of the transfers,and its LOUD..this can go on till 11:00 at nite…
Not to mention the flood lights that not only make nite into day and there pointed at our houses. ! So no,,im not happy at ALL !!!

People are friendly. I wait more than 24 hours to delivery the load. My app was at 9 am 08/21/17, I did the check in at 8:50 am 08/21/17 and the next check in was at 6:13am 08/22/17. When I went to the office they told me my next app was at 11 am 08/22/17.

Don’t go to this place they take a while to unload was there from 7 am till 3:30 pm, they say that you are not their priority and not until they have spare time they handle your load, was told by a lady in the morning that I couldn’t park or block where the red truck is while this guy has been parked there for a while and hasn’t been told anything, they need to be more professional.

First time here to deliver and it was great. For a place that gets busy the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in at 7am and had to wait a couple of hours but once a dock was available I was in and out in under an hour not bad for a place with heavy traffic

My appointment was at 2 pm checked in at 1:40they said they would call me when door was available, never received a call they closed didn't say anything to me. Waited till morning checked in again they loaded me up in 2 and a half hour they left my load locks in warehouse also misplaced my keys for 15 min. Doesn't get much worse then this place . Negative stars!! BS

Great company checked in 9:30am they said they will call me when they have a available door however they called me 20min before my appt time i was loaded in less than 30min

Checked in at 0651. Appointment at 0700. Docked in by 0715. You must give your paperwork and truck keys to the forklift driver. They haven't started unloading yet and it's already 0830. You must check in by Dock Door 3
