my packages are delivered very quickly but there are certain problems with the system interface. For example, although I am a platinum member, I can be charged additional fees. When I have such a problem, I can send an e-mail to the support team and get my balance back, but this problem happens most of the time.

It's been almost ten years since I've used AS for the first time.
And all the packages arrived to their destination, even with RedPack, albeit not when suggested. But it arrived, eventually.
I get treats for my pets, clothes and shoes, vitamins and snacks for myself, my bank and PayPal cards go through them, and over the years, they are true and blue. Couldn't have a better company in charge of such logistics. Just arrange the shipment several weeks in advance of any holiday. 🙂

Excellent service from America ship no hassle at all. Goods are booked in at the US depot and I am advised by email. I request my onward shipment to Mexico pay the fees and within a reasonable period the goods arrive at my home. I receive shipment notifications along the way by email.This is the 4th or 5th shipment with AS and I highly recommend them to everyone. I used to use DHL for my international packages before I found AS but DHL are now a bureaucratic nightmare to deal with. They seem to have an endless supply of disinterested people who just shuffle emails around all day long and literally hold your packages hostage until they deem it OK to release. AS every time now for me

I used America Ship to forward a package from a retailer that won't ship to Mexico, and the process was smooth all the way through to delivery. Once the package was in their warehouse I was notified and could set up the forwarding to my address in Oaxaca. Clearing through customs did take a few days, but that's expected. There were no surprises with cost.
America Ship is a great option for things you can't easily get in Mexico. However, some retailers may have limits on delivery addresses and will not ship to America Ship's address - this is the retailer's choice unfortunately.
I plan to use them again when the need arises.

I do a lot of a shipments with them because there's no better choice, but every time they change shipping providers I never receive my packages, have lost about 800$ of goods so far. I don't know why they can't use consistent providers. Assume 5% chance you don't receive your shipment, however there is no alternative.

Awesome service and works as advertised. I have shipped a large personal toolbox full of priceless tools from USA to Mexico and another to Mexico that was a cell phone replacement screen and battery from a company that only shipped to the USA. There are 3 big advantages using this service to ship to Mexico that I can see so far: 1. Buy things online that are only available in the US, 2. Never lose control of your items in Customs, and 3. Cost.
