The cashier charged my husband for someone else’s cigarettes while he was getting diesel. He was using his gas card that he has for his job, and she said she could not refund the money because his boss wasn’t with him. So he asked if he could speak with someone else, and she just kept giving excuses. Absolutely ridiculous

If you want the best cashier in town. I would highly recommend miss Lisa. Lisa works morning shift, Every morning I go in a get my coffee, and my breakfast burrito. She always makes sure coffees are made hot and fresh. She cares about her customers more than anything. She always cleaning the store. Greeting the customers. Making sure I’m welcomed any time. She definitely a great asset to CEFCO. She takes the time to make sure my morning always start off great. Thank you miss Lisa, keep up the great work.

When i'm in the Brownwood/Early area this is always the cheapest fuel in town. The problem recently is i keep getting people coming up to me while i'm pumping gas selling stuff. Today i bought a $7 mini loaf of banana bread. Although the money went to a good cause i'm not happy about being hassled while i'm trying to pump gas and no other gas station i have ever been to does this. Until the manager/owner acknowledges this an issue and assures me they're going to resolve it unfortunately i won't be back because whatever money i save in the price of gas i have to worry about people asking me for whatever else is in my wallet while i'm pumping. They should have a stand right outside the door instead of bothering customers at the pump. Staying away until further notice.

Pros. Clean store inside and out. Restrooms are kept clean.
Cons. My company heads out for work starting at 5am and breakfast is rarely ready. There's 40 employees that are going to have to start going back to Stripes because Stripes understands how important it is to have breakfast ready for our employees.

After pumping gas I walked into the store just behind another man. I overheard him asking the cashiers for some food, the cashier pointed to the deli area. He walked over just ahead of me and asked for for BBQ sandwiches, The lady gave them to him and he walked to the counter and said something to the cashier and then walked out with them. I asked the deli lady how much the chicken on a stick and the sausage on a stick bar and she said $4.99 each. I asked why they charge five dollars for one chicken strip when you give away four sandwiches to the other guy. She said that guy paid for them, I said no he didn’t he walked out with him without pain. She went to the other cashier and asked her and they said no he didn’t. All I got was my drink, this place is very very unprofessional.

I would not recommend this location to anyone! My daughter just called me in tears because the clerk working at 5:30 pm just cost her money she doesn't have. My daughter and her fiance stopped to put $20 in gas, they went in and paid $20 for pump 10- apparently the clerk is either not paying attention or is hard of hearing and activated PUMP 2! My daughter walked out to start the pump and when it didn't start, her fiance went back in to see what the deal was. The clerk then informed him the money had been put on pump 2, not pump 10, and had been used, therefore he would have to REPAY TO GET HIS GAS. WHEN TRYING TO CALL THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED HERE ON GOOGLE THERE'S NO ANSWER THERE'S NO NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT EITHER.
