Amazon Pickup and Returns - College Station, Texas

This location is very rarely open during their posted business hours. I have been by there multiple times over the course of the last few days and they are always closed. Below are 2 pictures from today. Many people showed up only to be disappointed that they could not drop off their packages.
They even had an Amazon truck show up to drop off a pallet of boxes for delivery to customers and no one was there to receive them.

When we arrived there was only one person in line and someone behind the counter helping. The woman behind the counter (curly hair and glasses) was so outrageously pleasant it was unreal. She was super pleasant, helped us solve a complex return issue (with a smile) and was just really kind in general. The process is so easy, but her kindness and joy was above and beyond. Really positive experience!
(I, like many reviewers, hate the hours because they aren't conducive to normal work hours and sometimes there aren't actually people there, but the experience today was so excellent!)

Stopped by this Amazon hub this AM about 9:30am; they were supposed to open at 9:00am but door was locked, no activity inside. So, if you plan to go to this location, don't go soon after opening hours. Give them time to wake up and get their coffee before relying on them to be there for you. 😉

The staff is always friendly when you go in there to help. They will help you if you can't get something to work right or take your product if it does not go into a box. The only issue I guess I've ever had is today when the website says they open at 9:00 and their sign says they open at 9:00 but yet they're still closed and it's 10:00. I heard that I've really never had any issues.

Came here for the first time. I’ve never used this return method before so I was kind of skeptical. I usually just drop it off at a nearby UPS Store, but since this place is closer and it doesn’t cost me anything vs. the USPS route, I figured why not give it a try. There are 2 scanners and you simply scan your QR code that Amazon emails you when you confirm that you want to return your item. Once scanned, a locker will randomly pop open and you place your item into the slot and shut the door. Don’t leave until the screen confirms that it was accepted and you should also get a confirmation email. Once accepted, that’s it lol. You don’t even have to box it up or anything, the staff there will do it for you after you leave. You get your refund within a few hours. This hub is located in the Century Square next to PokeWorks and The Mess.

Staff are friendly. Parking lot is small. If you’re going in and out, it should be ok, but just be mindful of how long you’re there and/or the traffic because it is paid parking.

This location is routinely not open during posted business hours. If Amazon cannot reliably staff this location during business hours, they need to adjust their hours so customers are not playing a guessing game and wasting time trying to pick up packages.

I had to return a package today. I put the label on it. I just needed to drop it off to get my refund. I loaded up all my little children (3 of which are in car seats). The place was closed at 11:44 in the morning. If they only have one employee they might be at lunch but they are *supposed* to be open.

Like many others, doors were locked and nobody present when attempting to drop off a return today. Once shortly after lunch and the 2nd just past 2pm. Might want to look at dropping off at Kohl's vs this location if you haven't already committed.
