I am very devastated of the care that has been provided to my animals. We joined the veterinary program to get the annual teeth cleaning where the dogs go under anesthesia. I would not recommend sending your loved pets to be cared for under the supervision of the Pet Smart veterinary clinic. The clinical judgement skills used by the providers at this clinic is very disappointing. My dog is 13 years old and had elevated liver enzymes prior to the teeth cleaning. The providers did not disclose that elevated liver enzymes could cause a risk of toxicity in my elderly dog when going under anesthesia. My dog Sparky now has pancreatitis and is fighting for his life. He is not able to stand up, consume any liquids or foods, or move his head. A wavier was signed about the risks but I wish the providers would have taken into consideration the risk versus the benefit of putting my dog under anesthesia with elevated lab levels and the toxicity that could cause. This message is to let other fur lovers be aware to make sure to get your animals blood labs test done and reviewed before putting your dog under anesthesia or any type of medication. My other dog is younger and he had blood in his stool for a few days after the procedure and fell off the exam table due to the neglect of care that was given to my animals. Please pray for my dog and please do not put your animals under anesthesia without verification of every lab results and how that could affect your pet. I am thankful for the providers attempt to save my dog with IV patches but I am truly very disappointed in the lack of clinical judgement skills used at this facility.

The employees of this PetSmart are very kind and helpful. I’m a fish keeper myself and they always seem to have nice and clean tanks with happy and healthy fish.

Great staff and immediate help when you need it. I found the management and staff make it so easy to return any item including food your fur baby doesn't like. Shopping at the Spanish Fort Pet Smart is a pleasure.

I have been taking my dogs to this location for about 5 years. I am tired of having to go home and touch them up or do things they forgot to do like clean their ears or cut their nails. I made early appointments for all 3 dogs with 3 different groomers last Sunday. It still took 5 hours to get them back. No bathroom breaks no water and then to get really bad grooming jobs on two out of three and it cost almost $270 buck. They put the quick wash appointments ahead of even the early appointments which is just wrong to make dogs suffer like that. My dogs hate going there so I’m not taking them back.

Let me just start off with groomer tech Beth needs to be fired from the Spanish Fort store. The photo will show what Beth did to my dog. To get a response from the store manager I had to contact Petsmart corporate. My advise is to not use Petsmart for your grooming .

Just your friendly neighborhood pet store. We went to get some cichlids, and snails for our fresh water 65 gallon tank. Mikaela, i hope I spelled her name correctly, but they were very short staffed and she was amazing! Extremely helpful!! I am so grateful for her help. I recommend this store.

First time taking my dog here in this state usually take her to other locations in other states. She’s never had fleas or ticks. Came home itching crazy I thought it was just from the hair cut. $100 later trying to remove these bugs off of her from here!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE HER HERE! DONT GO! Obviously they are not clean.
