Truck ran good but mirrors would not stay adjusted. Inside of the box was not clean and they did not check the truck before I took it from the lot. I was just handed the keys. I asked and was told it had been checked, if I found a problem to call them. They gave me a number he said was to their location, but it was to the customer service line. That line had a hold time of, I would still be waiting. So he lied. It was a local move so I just decided to use what I was given. Other locations I have used were good.

We appreciated the ability to easily edit your reservation online without having to call anyone. The vehicle pick up was easy and it was well maintained. It was also very easy for us to return the vehicle.

Moving is stressful for everyone and I don't want to dog on the employees too much, but I have to say that our experience was very negative. We rented a truck, but when we found where it was parked on the lot, it was boxed in. Eventually, we got an employee to move one of the other trucks to let us out, but from the time we arrived to pick up our reservation to the time we drove it off the lot was just over an hour, which is far too long in my opinion. We brought the rental back after they had closed, so we had to use the app to complete the return process — but the app glitched halfway through and I had to contact customer support to make sure it was completed properly. Now here's the real kicker: our personal vehicle had been boxed in while we were gone. We had no way to leave and when we called to get it sorted, they told us there was nothing they could do and we'd just have to wait until they open tomorrow to get our car. And how are we supposed to get home? Well, that's for us to figure out. Thanks, U-Haul! Don't know if I'll ever be able to give you my money again 🙃

The staff is excellent, but they are clearly understaffed, especially for what they know is a busy time. I used their app & it still made me go inside to wait in line. The wait was 1 hour & 40 min!!! Then, I couldn't have the 5 hours I reserved because it would be past closing I had to pay the gas charge just to slide into the parking lot on time. Lastly, there is next to no parking. They even parked a truck in the handicap spot & a trailor in its ramp area. When a man in a wheelchair arrived, he was forced to move his car because it was in the way Don't use his spot! That is a serious ADA violation. Please, go to the one 5 min down the road. You have to book early, but the place was empty when I went there first by mistake.

No one was pleasant to interact with at this location. Not sure if it was because of staff being overworked with move in week at a&m or heat, but some serious customer service training needs to happen for all employees there. Uhaul store off Texas is great and will stick to that location if needed in future.

Very rude staff and unprofessional work style. I can say a blonde curly hair girl working there don't want to rent those trucks. I went to office and ask for 1 day rent no welcoming not friendly and with a angry face she said there isnt any available truck. Then I asked are there any available in nearby locations she said " No there is not you should rent for 4 hours or not this is the only option you have". When I went to other U-Haul close to Walmart one they said yes there are available trucks and I rented. Then I check from online Bingo ! I can reserve it online from first location I went too. I do NOT recommend to go there anyone. Stay away from that location. In other locations they are more friendly and not acting you like a dog!

We reserved a trailer online and went to pick it up and there were 15 people in line and 1 person working up front at the desk who kept going in and out of the store. The line was not moving. They were very understaffed. This was on a Sunday during a busy time of the year because NEWS FLASH: Most apartment leases end in July and start in August...in one of the biggest college towns in our nation...so this weekend is ALWAYS going to be very busy along with all weekends leading up to school starting. Hey UHAUL at 501 Texas Avenue! It is going to be the same next year...its kinda been that way for a while. We left and went to the UHAUL on 2813 Texas Avenue. Much better service.
