The lady working there was excellent! She helped answer my questions and called to make sure that my drop-off location for the uhaul was where it was and that it had 24/7 drop off available. Awesome lego collection too!

I've kept 2 units for 6+years. Place is always clean. No bugs, no leaks, no complaints. Aubre the manager is always friendly and smiling. Dont think i've met a nicer attendant anywhere!

Had a guaranteed reservation for a U-Haul truck. Go to the location to pick it up and they did not have the vehicle. The manager on duty moved our reservation to another location but put the reservation in for a 1 1/2 hour rental instead of 24 hours! That caused us to drive across town to another location to find we couldn't rent at that location and then have to drive to a 3rd location, then come to find out the vehicle was at the 2nd location and I had to drive back to pick up the truck! $50 is all they offered me for my troubles. I will never rent a U-Haul from Avid Storage and will not rent storage from there either. U-Haul is on my blacklist at this point too. Poor customer service all around.

We stopped by to pick up a rental truck (U-Haul) for my daughter to me to South Carolina. The person behind the desk was friendly and helpful. We were able to quickly check out a truck and get on our way to load.
