Ever since this facility was sold to new owners, the quality of everything has dropped. It seems that the new owners are more into passive income and aren't putting any effort into keeping the facility maintained. It seems more often than not, there is nobody in the office, even during normal business hours. They recently stopped allowing tenants to access the loading dock to move stuff, meaning that loading and unloading is limited to the front door. Unfortunately, the driveway/parking area in the front is very small, so any loading or unloading in that area will deny access to any other tenants that also wish to unload/load. While the loading dock door allows exits, if you're caught outside when it closes, you'll have to hop a fence to get out since the entry and exit are gated and the outdoor door sensor is deactivated, which basically makes the existence of the dumpster useless unless you have someone who can let you back in. The grounds have been unkept for quite some time. The pictured branches fell months ago during a storm and they have still not been cleared.

New management is not great. There is no longer any employee on sight and any help or moving out requests get sent to overseas call centers. It is barely climate controlled since they took over as well I sweat every time I go inside. Only plus side of the new management is that it’s open 24/7, other than that they are just trying to save the extra penny.

Ever since Triangle Storage changed hands, it has really gone downhill. They don't have anyone working in the facility during business hours anymore, so you have to enter through the front door (whenever your code actually works, which is not a given) and walk through to the loading dock area in order to open the loading dock doors, and you better not let them close without anyone being inside, or you will have to climb the fence and go back around front to get back inside because they don't have a functioning keypad on the loading dock doors.

Also, they have turned the temperature up on the thermostat several degrees. While it is still climate controlled, when I first moved my things into Triangle, it was downright cold inside. That part is not a huge deal, but it's just another sign that they are now more concerned with profit margin than they are with their customers.

Keep jacking up rates on tenants, gates never function properly, doors don’t open with codes, “climate control” is a huge misrepresentation, & filthy conditions. New ownership is out of state and could clearly careless about the management of this facility!

I am very pleased with Triangle Storage. The climate-control is a great asset. I am very pleased that the side door is now working.

Clean, friendly staff, reasonable prices, I love the fact of 24 hr with the access gate code and all the security cameras, well kept, lots of camera's (which is awesome for night owl's like myself, I feel safe going to my unit during the night)

It's very clean, they showed me the sizes they had available and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. For a college town, the pricing is respectable and they even offer a veteran discount.

The gates are never closed when I go and it makes zero sense to not have a way to get in the back without walking to the front and opening the back door.
