Great Customer Service! Avery and Alexis were very sweet and helpful, answering all of our questions and making it a quick and seamless process. The units are clean and easily accessible once you are in the gate and they offer climate control options at a great price.

Storage Center as a lot of work to do with its customer service and relationship building. I was the tenant with them for almost a year and fell on some hard times recently and was late on my payments last month and again this month. I asked them to help me out by waiving thier ridiculous late fee. I told them I had no food to eat and no money. At the timeit had been 3 days since my last meal. I advised them that I was working hard to try to make the payment. They had to submit the waiver request and told me it was probably unlikely that I would get help. I asked them to waive their late fee. They did waive the fee for the 1st month but did not for the 2nd month. There were many instances where they did not hold Up their end of the bargain. One night I was trying to get in but the gate was not working. That Issue completely wasted my time and money spent on gas to get there. There's a bunch of different storage places around town. I don't suggest you go to storage center. Their prices are high and they suck with customer service.

This team here went above and beyond! I was anxious to select the storage center bryan for multiple reasons, being sight unseen, on a very specific timeline, unloading in an inconvenient time. But this team contacted me immediately to let me know the ins and outs of the storage units available, took the extra time and care to explain the way the building layouts are, and from the beginning the customer service was beyond my expectations. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will certainly store with them again!

Be careful renting from this company they bill a full month for 1 day of use and the mgr is on the phone while the representative is on the phone helping you but doesn’t say anything invading your privacy

Avery was very helpful. She quickly learned my name and would strike up conversation. She saw me unloading by myself one day and she volunteered to go get the flat bed for me even though it was quite a distance away. She goes above and beyond her duties. And I loved the way they made me feel like a person not just a customer. Great job!!!

For the last 2 years we have attempted to have the lighting issue resolved at The Storage Center located at 3820 Harvey Road in College Station. While the immediate manager appears to have attempted to resolve the lighting issues, I can only assume that the upper management of this company has complete and total disregard for the quality and appearance of this facility. Upon vacating, of the FIVE light fixtures in the hallway where our unit was located, 1.5 light fixtures were operational. Other hallways at this location are in the same type of disrepair. In addition, the manager chose to not have us complete a vacating form although it still states on the exit gate that one must do so before vacating; nor was she willing or able to prorate for the month with 20 days left. We have attempted to resolve the lighting issue not just for us but for other renters as well. We surely cannot be the only renters that would have liked to be able to see inside their unit without a flashlight. I can only say, potential renters beware.

This was my first time to ever need a storage unit so I had plenty of questions. Hope was so helpful and answered all my questions and made the whole process easy. This was such a clean and friendly location. I would definitely recommend them!
