I have had my unit for almost 2yrs and I have enjoyed the location and the customer service. The ladies were always nice and very professional every time we spoke if it was on the phone or at the location that is something that is rare with a lot of business in this area. The price of the storage unit fit my pocket and was always clean and felt safe. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit.

We have had a storage locker at storehouse for almost a year. We are extremely satisfied with the experience. Accessibility is wonderful, the person who runs the place is very kind and helpful. The place is well kept, clean and safe. The price is very reasonable for climate control . I have nothing but great things to say about Storehouse Storage. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and easy to get around. Very nice to be able to go inside to get your stuff on a hot day and it be cool inside. We cleaned out our unit and in less than an hour, I received a call that they noticed we had moved out and the checkout process over the phone was very easy!!! I definitely recommend Store House Bryan for your storage needs!

The staff is awesome and makes everything easy. Their pricing is better than most. It is clean, they have nice indoor bathrooms. Plenty of dollies to help expedite loading and unloading and to top it off they even have drinks and snacks in the office knowing how we all can get during moves and not have eaten or rehydrated enough. I recommend them highly!

Very happy with our whole experience. I registered and reserved our unit online last night. We went today and Tiffany was such a great help and made the rest of the process so efficient and painless. Facility is immaculate, secure, and easy to access.

This facility is so impressive, just as nice and clean as if it was just built. The amenities are so great and helpful, the restrooms are always clean. The Manger Tiffany is so nice, friendly, very professional, and knowledgeable. My overall experience has been beyond expectations, and the snacks and drink were a bonus that made our experience that much better.

I've been waiting a while to write this review and it's entirely based on my personal experience.

I stored my things here for a year and although it is new and very affordable, the building leaked, resulting in the damages of some of my things. Filing a claim was easy enough but I had to move my things into a new unit to fix the leak. Thankfully I had friends in the area who was able to do this for me, however the damaged items I left in my old unit where management said it was okay to store them so mold wouldn't spread to my remaining items. I was led to believe this was ok until I moved out, as I had no way to remove the damaged items.

Then, management kept asking me to repeatedly to remove the items out of my old unit, even though they were fully aware I was half way across the country, and had previously told me it was okay to leave them there until I was able to remove them. I asked them how should I remove them in my situation and I received no response.

Overall its a very affordable place, but beware of possible water damage. My unit was not the only one there was a leak in, and the parking lot in general is prone to standing water.

Excellent staff. It was so easy to reserve a storage space online. I was looking for the cheapest but secured storage place in town and Store House Storage was the first to appear.

Not only is it climate controlled, it has an elevator, security cameras, gate-code access only, restricted times for entry, and clean bathrooms with a vending machine!

Furthermore, there are carts available to help load your belongings to transport into your storage.

Currently, I am renting a 10X5 space for only $89 a month. My first month had a deal for only $59!

Definitely recommend to anyone!
