We had 3 semis of Air handling units arrive. And we had to have fast storage. 2 20x 50 spots. Management worked with our teams to work trucks and cranes into site safely. Off loaded and stored till building is ready. Great group to work with.

This is the nicest storage facility with which we have experience. We have a large motor coach and this facility was built with this type storage in mind along with boats, trailer etc…The insulated roof, already wired with 50 or 30 amp service for RVs and 14’ X14’ bay doors with a walk through door are huge benefits. The owners are personable and go out of their way to make sure everything is “just right” at all times. We live in South College Station and it is only 17 minutes away.

If you're looking for a place to store your Rv, classic cars, anything you need room for, this is the place. It is extremely clean and very nice. Fenced in property with plenty of room and large enough to store whatever you need. I always have people asking me for a good storage facility and this is it.

Luxe 20x50 Storage is great! There is ample space for all your storage needs, perfect for storing your RV and tailgating gear between gamedays! WHOOP! The management is great; they are always very helpful. I 10/10 recommend LUXE to anyone with large storage needs.
