Doesnt close at 6 even thought google maps and the door says those are the hours of operation. Then they say they close at 5:30, and yet lock the door so you wont be able to get in before that as well. Make it make sense.

Horrible. I had to call to check on the status of my furniture only to find out that it had been at the warehouse. Be aware if you call they have caller ID and will not answer their phone. Also they will lie and about the status of your furniture arrival. Purchased furniture in May and only received half of my order. Date of arrival for my furniture have continually been changed.

Took way too long to get our furniture and we had to help them find it. They also couldn’t find out paperwork that they already gave us but forgot about it. The girls in the office are nice but the warehouse people need to work on their organizational skills. There were also two females that went out back wheee you pick up furniture that only went out to yell about their manager. Unfortunately this is the only place that you can pick up your furniture unless it is directly from the store off of the highway.

I am giving them 3 stars because the experience you get at the sales store was great. BUT THE WARE HOUSE IS ANOTHER STORY. Knowing WHEN my furniture is going to get to the warehouse so I don't end up with an empty living and worse have to make multiple trips out there, seems like it would be pretty much selling furniture 101 but I guess not. Worst part was all the attitude I got from the front office lady after I waited for 15 minues in the empty lobby, ringing the little call bell. She really acted like I was bothering her. I think I will try Stars next time. But across the board customer service sucks in college station so may be hopeless.

Ashley delivered an automated recliner to a family member in an Assisted Living facility in Bryan, TX. I didn’t have a truck to haul off the broken chair & offered the 2 men a cash tip if they would dispose of the chair. They agreed & promptly dumped the chair at the facilities dumpster doors. I lost $100 & received embarrassing call from the facility administrator. I’ll have to really reconsider ever buying at Ashley again.

It is a comfortable place to shop. They want to be sure you are being helped, but we never felt harassed. I do wish more furniture was available, not their fault I know.

People just ignore you while your waiting at the dock. Four people walked by not doing anything and didn’t even acknowledge me. I called an hour ahead of time , checked in at the front desk, backed up to the door, five minutes after that a person backed and almost instantly have their stuff loaded. About 4 minutes after that someone walked by then turned around and ask if I had been helped. I said no, he said someone will be with you shortly and walked away. And couple of minutes later the same guy came back and asked my name. Then shortly after that it was loaded. My chair was right there!
